Hey there Armando.. Just wanted to check in with you.. I see your off and runnin.. Im so happy for all your success!!! I wanted to touch base.. Let you know.. So far 14 months since I started getting fit.. im down a total of 110 lbs.. I still have about another 100 to go. but Ive decided to amp it up and get a personal trainer I start on Thursday.. IM SO EXCITED.. Ever since I decided to focus on ME.. My life has led me on a path of happiness.. My life is totally priceless.. Thanks for helpin kick start me.. When I get my webcam, maybe I should get you a new video to add on to my old one.
