We are very excited to announce our first 'real world' photograph exhibition at the 13th Note in Glasgow. To launch this exhibition, we are putting on a show on the opening night - the 6th July.

The bands playing are

Debutant http://www.myspace.com/musicbydebutant
Call To Mind http://www.myspace.com/calltomind
Hindle Wakes http://www.myspace.com/hindlewakesband

Tickets are £4 and all profits of the gig will be given to Yorkhill Childrens Foundation.

You can also bring along a mixed cd which you can swap with someone else. Please include a tracklist and have fun with the cover. This is a great opportunity to promote all the bands you love (or your own band) and show your creative side.
Please come along, get some new music & badges, view photos, enjoy amazing bands & say hello. :)

We are in the process of putting together some rough home recordings to help us pick which ones to record as an ep. Would be great if you have a chance to listen to them and let us know what you think. Just remember they are DIY bedroom recordings though!!!;oD We just thought we would fire them up anyway.

Hope to hear back from you

Hello,

North Atlantic Oscillation's "Hollywood Has Ended", from the forthcoming album Grappling Hooks, is featured in this month's Police Box compilation from TenTracks. It's here:

http://www.tentracks.co.uk/channel/the-police-box/the-police-box-april-09

In case you haven't heard, TenTracks is a new music delivery service where you can buy exclusive 10-track compilations for £1, i.e. a mere 10p per track.

This month NAO are in the illustrious company of the excellent Found, Orkestra Del Sol, Fence Collective luminaries James Yorkston and King Creosote and exactly 5 others. Once again, that's £1 for ALL TEN TRACKS. Not bad, really.
