About MYFLINT

Eines haben wohl Gitarrenbands gemeinsam, sie hassen es einen Stempel aufgedrückt zu bekommen. MyFlint machen Gitarrenmusik und ordnen sich keinem bestimmten Genre zu. Die drei Musiker um Sänger Stephan haben nur eins im Sinn: Sie wollen so viel Menschen wie nur möglich mit ihrer Musik unterhalten, sie wollen den Punk neben dem Metaller, den Skater neben dem HipHopper das Tanzen lehren.

Die Spaßgarantie im musikalischen Konzept kommt an, dies beweisen bis zuletzt deutschlandweite Festival- und Clubshows mit Bands wie u.a. den Beatsteaks, Maximo Park (T-Mobile Street Gigs), H-Blockx, Itchy Poopzkid oder Dog Eat Dog. Mit dem Erstlingswerk „Summercamp“ polterten sich die Jungs 2005 in die Gehörgänge und bekam sowohl von Fans als auch von Kritikern ein fettes Lob. Guido von den Donots war von der Platte so begeistert, dass er es sich nicht nehmen lässt als Produzent für die neue Platte zu fungieren. Der weltbekannte Gitarrenhersteller Ibanez wurde ebenso Aufmerksam auf MyFlint und nahm die Jungs prompt in ihren Artist Raster auf, wo sie nun die zweite Band ohne Plattenvertrag sind. Wer jetzt noch kein Interesse an MyFlint gefunden hat, mag entweder keine Rockmusik oder versteht einfach keinen Spaß!
