Fresh Blends is an independent, locally owned juice and smoothie bar. We focus on providing fresh and healthy smoothies using only real fruit and avoiding any added sugars. It also provides a unique concept that allows the customer to "build" personalized smoothies through picking their own ingredients. Fresh Blends also offers vegetable juicing including carrots, spinach, beet, garlic, ginger, and other healthy mixes. Another exciting option are shots of locally grown and organic wheatgrass.
