A loud aggressive mixture of Progressive and Classic-Rock, it’s a tight sound that is heavily influenced by 70’s and 80;s Rock-Metal yet the band bring in enough fresh ideas to make it very much their own and bring in a sharp distinctive edge which really works for them. They’ve got some excellent material, seriously anthemic, jump-along stuff, it’s well-written and expertly put together to ensure maximum impact – complete with clever tempo changes, driving riffs, punchy beats and Dylan’s powerful Rock cry. Definitely ones to watch out for!

Now who can ask for better than this? A blast of sleaze-rock akin to early Guns ‘N’ Roses and Velvet Revolver; a super-slick performance from a super-slick band. The 5 members are obviously comfortable with each other and that comes across in the way they work together as a group. You get the feeling of 100% star quality just watching them. There was very little interaction with the audience; there didn’t need to be. The band’s stage show was nothing more or less than what it was; 5 guys playing pure rock and roll.
I have no doubt in my mind that anybody who enjoys rock music should see these guys live at least once.
Matt Dastard - Monochrome Museum
are a hard hitting, 5 piece from Wolverhampton who describe their music as "Full Throttle Rock".
This band of friends came together in 2006 to put a charge back into the ever increasing manufactured pop-rock sound that they were tired of hearing. All they want to put some balls back into the rock scene and play the kind of music that they want to hear on a raucous Saturday night out.

The Silk Stocking Striptease Show Nine will be taking place on the 8th of August 2009 at The Flapper Pub.
