The outdoors is a great place to start. I like to be busy, and enjoy life to the fullest. I like to train at least 3 or 4 times a week with Martial Arts, which I have been training for over 30 years. I enjoy playing sports but not wasting my time watching them. I travel a lot with my job and love the chance of being in a different inviorment.

Almost all music is good. You figure out whats not for listening to.
Movies
Comedy, action, thriller, Horror, drama. Did I leave anything out? I like all movies.

My Hero is my Daughter. She has proven herself. She shows me how to live every day with a smile, and I show her how to enjoy every thing with a heart.
