John Lennon and Paul McCartney are having a petty fight, but fortunate enough: Morrissey intervenes and calms them down. He takes them both with him to good old Neil Youngs country bar where they have a good man to man talk about their problems and even cry a little. Afterwards all four of them head back to Brian Wilson's place where they take some LSD (for purely therapeutical reasons of course) and hallucinate about norwegian singer Lars Lillo Stenberg making a pass on Emmylou Harris.

Hello. We are a band called My Little Pony, and this is our myspace profile. Nice of you to drop by! Here you can listen to our music, see videos and pictures, or read our infamous blog. Here's our latest work:
Allthough we hail from different parts of Norway, we all live in the beautiful capital of Oslo. We started our band some two years ago, and since then we have played over 120 show in ten different countries, released one EP and an album and released two volumes of our compilation CD-R "Around the world with My Little Pony".
Our EP "Songs in A major" was released in October 08, it is not available in mainstream record stores, but in some quite special ones, on our concerts, and by mailorder from hello@spoontrainaudio.com. This is the video we made for the song MacGyver Blues:
We are lucky enough to be signed to the fantastic indie label Spoon Train Audio, based here in Oslo. In fact, members of the band started the label, so we had some good contacts. In November 09 we released our debut album "Think Too Much" here in Norway to much critical praise. Very shortly it will be released in both Sweden, Japan and The Philipines.
By now you might allready have taken a liking to our music, but as you, like most people, are sheep, you are afraid to embrace us without being sure that we are a credible band that it is not uncool to like. Fear not! In addition to getting great reviews in Norway, we have also been blessed with some nice words written about our album in english:

Not bad. Now you can rest assured that liking My Little Pony will not make you uncool. In certain circles, it might even make you seem trendy.
The album was produced by our dear friend and lead singer of both Monzano and The Little Hands of Asphalt, Sjur Lyseid. We also made a video for the track "Skipping Down the Street" with the help of our friend Sigurd Fandango. Check it out:
Last fall we toured Spain and even received our first, and quite possibly last ever award, the "Premio Pop-Eye" in the category "European Revelation".
When we are not making albums, playing concerts or tending to our dayjobs, we make CD-R compilations with great pop bands from all over the world. "Around The World With My Little Pony vol. 1" was released in April 08 and included bands like Cola Jet Set (ES), Red Pony Clock (US) and No and the Maybes (DK). Download it here. I gotta say, that "I Don't Know" really perks me up. My mother died recently, and the song is so upbeat in a depressing way that its perfect. Keep creating, because nothing in this world is better than that.
