communities understand the message being brought forward for their growth. Enclosed, is a list
of items we are seeking assistance with to aid in allocating some expenses.
75 Tables 150 Chairs $1,500.00 ..
Face painter
Popcorn Machine
Candy shop $2,132.00
2 Ice Cream Trucks @ $325.00 each $ 650.00
3 Tents @ $75.00 each $ 225.00
3 Port-O-Potty @ $126.00 each $ 378.00
24 Performers (our community children) @ $75.00 each $1,800.00
Lunch for volunteers $ 600.00
12 cases of water @ $6.00 each $ 72.00
Advertisements $1,075.00
We are also seeking any contribution towards our ‘Free Raffle” prizes for our children on the day
of the event, anything we can receive will highly be appreciated.

Game CD’s

Television
Computer
etc..., etc…, etc…
Please keep in mind, that you will be acknowledge of the contribution given to assist
within our community development. You are also advise to come out and distribute your
