MY MISTAKE. new people. new experience. new music. get. ready.
My Mistake are a Metal/Alternative/Rock band from Surrey. The 4 piece met at school, and have been creating music ever since. The band have been together for a brief 9 months, and in this time have played several shows, one of which being a local battle of the bands competition in which they where awarded 3rd place out of 24. The bands main aim is to provide audiences with exciting and energetic shows to feast their eyes and ears on, and based on reviews and word of mouth, they have succeeded. With influences such as Architects, You Me At Six and Fightstar, the band are able to be diverse with their music, and can perform to, entertain and appeal to a broad audience. My Mistake are in it for the big time and have a strong fan base behind them to support them on their mission.

This is our last gig of the year (we're out of money and have had to retreat to native homelands for home cooking and arguments) so its gonna be a gooden.
yo, it's Danny...jst droppin by to let u kno that as a taster of things to come once i get in the studio, i've uploaded two webcam videos of myself spittin lyrics off the upcoming album (yeah, that's still in the works). one's an entry for a YouTube acapella contest (Flow Heat No Beat) that didn't end up winning, but got sum gd feedback, while the other's a Nas tribute over one of his beats. both verses shud be used on proper tracks on the release. oh, and i managed to slightly improve the audio on the Fallen Angel demo on my player.
