Eva Jane Bunkley is a 2 time Emmy Award Winning Celebrity Make-up Artist, turned telvision and film producer. It took me three years, but I have a completed feature length film under my belt! It is a documentary entitled, "My Mother Was A Butterfly." It was shown in the 2008 Kingdomwood Film Festival and won first place! A short film that I did entitled "3 Days" also played at Kingdomwood, the 2008 Ohio Independent Film Festival and the 2008 Atlanta Juneteenth Film Showcase- In the mean time, look to the left of my page and check out the trailer! As many of you may know, we have been spending a lot of time on new technologies and other DVD delivery systems... While we have had some success here and there, I am very excited to inform you that we have closed on a deal to showcase NIGHT OF THE JACKALS as early as April 09 for Cable On Demand and two other Internet streaming outlets owned by the same.
We're still trying to work out something with Comcast. However, if we can show an increase in On Demand subscriptions on these network, I'm pretty sure this will spark an interest in Time Warner (owners of Comcast) as well.
We encourage everyone to spread the word out about viewing Night of the Jackals on these networks, and/or call your local Comcast provider as well and ask for it. We are only as successful as the support behind us.
ABOUT OUR OPEN CASTING CALLS
We will only have open casting calls once a YEAR. For productions we need to cast for, we will go through our database of actors who have uploaded a profile on our website or have come to the open casting call and filled out a profile sheet. We will then invite them to a private casting location where they will read for movies and/or TV projects in which we have immediate casting needs. We encourage all those who upload or filled out a profile to join our newsletter as we offer casting services for other film producers in the area. At anytime, you are welcome to send over a video reel via email ONLY, showcasing your talent in the event that you happen to miss or cannot attend any of our open casting calls. However, a face-to-face audition is always better. It's a good way to get a feel for your personality along with your talent.
