About me: My name is David...I live in Cooper City...ummm I go to CCHS, okay school, nothing special, you know how school is...I was born in Israel, moved here when I was 7...People say I look like Sufjan Stevens and Adam Brody...my favorite movies are those where the funny dorky kid beats out the jock with muscles to get the beautiful popular girl at the end...I have a small comic book collection with some pretty old stuff in it that I picked up here and there...I'm one of those people that loves to write and thinks they're good at it until they compare it to someone else and see that they actually suck...I think Spielberg kicks Lucas's ass, I love video games (yes, it's part of my life...and no, it's not lame in the least bit way. at all), I like Legos, I am a movie freak, there is something about a naked Will Ferell that makes me laugh, and thats about it. Oh and also, I'm pretty gay for Spiderman. And I guess Pikachu is sort of cute too...am I a Pokepheliac? Kidding.
Good news - A quiz I took said that I am most like the Star Wars character Mace Windu. I guess that my life-long dream of being a tall, muscular, bald black guy that wears a robe has finally come true.
More good news - Another quiz I took said the Family Guy character I am most like is Brian...this means more dreams have came true...I've always wanted my penis to go in when I sit down, I've always wanted to be able to lick my own sensitive area, and most of all, i've always wanted to be a talking dog on an animated TV show that is sort of smart and funny yet casually drinks to get away from the pressures of society.

Flight of the Conchords. MY NEW FAVORITE SHOW. So hilarious! (And thank the lord for AMAZING people who are willing to share their HBO...in particular that one person...the only other one who knows about the show...)
Who I'd like to meet: Kevin Smith, Charlize Theron, Ellen Page, God, and a monkey that can talk. That would be very, very, very cool. Speaking of a monkey that can talk...anyone up for a trip to the White House?
Muse are just coming off their fourth album... Muse and Coldplay started around the same time. "Time is Running Out" isn't Muse's best single. To date, "Starlight" and "Supermassive Black Hole" have outcharted TiRO.
Coldplay have better exposure in the US (if you were to ask a random person on the street, most would probably only know about Coldplay) because Muse's second album (recorded in 2001) wasn't released in the US until 2005, due to the fact that they left their record label (coincidentally Maverick, Madonna's record label) because the label wanted Muse to make more radio-friendly songs.
And I think I like Muse not being as well-known as Coldplay in the US; it prevents an excessive amount of fucktards with no music taste from posting the lyrics to the song they heard on that one iPod commercial over and over again, to the point where the song loses its meaning.
(I'll miss you too, Mr David. Have fun in Orlando, you sexy, sexy Jew)
Really? Because I was starting to think that listening to Muse's past two #1 albums, along with their #2 Live Album (much higher than Coldplay's live album) had caused him to think that every living thing was inferior to Muse.
3 songs from it. The one that you showed me (which was God-awful), the iPod one (which was decent) and another one that was kinda boring. I tried to find a torrent with the entire album a couple of weeks ago, but they all turned out to be fake.
And the point of my comment is that Chris Martin called his band inferior to Muse, not who you think is better.
"We love making big shows up and trying to work out what lights will look cool. We get very nerdy about it because we can't believe we're allowed to do it.
But we will never get as extreme as Muse. We'll let them do the biggest thing and then think, 'OK, how did they do it?'
We have always been a step behind Muse. They are so great live. "
-Chris Martin talking about Coldplay's live shows compared to Muse.
