About me:

Hey cool people! :) How's it goin'? My name's Dave (a.k.a. Nobody777). I am soooo happy because I'm now married to my lovely wife Tammy! If any of you would like to read the full story or see more pics or video of my trip to Australia and the wedding, click below!

GOD LOVES US SO MUCH!!!

I first saw the following video a couple months back and my eyes were tearing up as I thought about how much God loves me (and all of us). If you can, put the headphones on while you're by yourself and crank the volume! Simple song, but really touched my heart. Note: You may need to turn off the music player above before clicking play...

He is jealous for me
Love's like a hurricane, I am a tree
Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy.
When all of a sudden,
I am unaware of these afflictions eclipsed by glory,
And I realize just how beautiful You are,
And how great Your affections are for me.
O HOW HE LOVE US SO, O HOW HE LOVES US!!!

We are His portion and He is our prize,
Drawn to redemption by the grace in His eyes,
If grace is an ocean we're all sinking.
So heaven meets earth like a sloppy wet kiss,
And my heart turns violently inside of my chest.
I don't have time to maintain these regrets
when I think about the way...
HE LOVE US, O HOW HE LOVES US!!!

I have another MySpace page called: TruthForFree MySpace It serves mostly as a connection to the other site I maintain called truthforfree.com. Though I have a strong faith in God and consider myself a follower of Jesus, I prefer not to identify myself as a "religious" person these days. In other words, I don't do the church thing anymore (even though it was a huge part of my life for close to 30 years before leaving). I'm not bitter, I'm not anti-God or anti-Jesus, I'm not against church people and I don't hate anyone. I'm probably one of the easiest-going guys you'll ever meet and I like just about everybody, but I just prefer to keep it real instead of playing the "I'm better than everyone else cause I'm a Christian/church-goer" game. I experience plenty of problems in life (just like everyone else) and get confused and angry about things I don't understand too. I have my seasons of questioning things and struggles I muddle through. I sometimes say and do things that I shouldn't, though I my heart wants to keep in the right direction. I am thankful for the strength I find through my friendship with God that pulls me through and gives me happiness. My basic opinion is that if I am a genuine person with a sincere faith, then the character of God's love will somehow show through my life so there's no need to cram my convictions down anyone else's throat. I wouldn't even bring this much up if it weren't for the fact that I've had religious folks who have seen my truthforfree website and then stumbled in here and thought I was pretending to be two different people. Not at all. This is who I am; a normal dude. Yes, I desire to follow Jesus. What more is there I can say? What else do you want? If I've offended someone somewhere, I'm sorry, but you're gonna have to deal with it. I'll give everyone respect, but I cannot compromise who I simply am. Ok, that's about as close to a sermon as you'll get from me right now. hahaha... Have fun and chat me up sometime! :)

If you're a World of Warcraft player and looking for a Guild to join, check out my Guild website: www.CliffJumpersWithGas.com.

I also have a stupid little music page up just for grins: Project Nobody777.

FreeCodeSource.com is also very cool for editing your MySpace page! :)
And... to edit your photos, check out the awesome free program called Paint.NET.

Who I'd like to meet:

I met Tammy in October of 2007 and waited all year to actually meet her in person. FINALLY... SHE ARRIVED!!! We had the best 2 months ever and ended with her accepting my marriage proposal on December 18th (2008) in Leavenworth, WA under a lighted tree in the town square! Almost a year later, on September 19th, we were married in Australia on the Navy base overlooking the beautiful Captain's Beach. Now I'm waiting for the day to arrive when she can finally come home with me to stay (we are waiting on immigration paperwork and details). We're hoping for January 2010.

I'd also love to meet the guys from U2, Verka Serduchka (Russian singer), Shaz Sparks and Robbie Bronnimann (of DBA), Joanne Hogg and all the dudes (of the celtic rock band IONA), all my WoW buddies, all my TruthForFree friends, the cast from 10 Items or Less, George W. Bush (yeah, I like the dude, so what?), Elena Lev (from Cirque du Soleil), and (of course) Space Ghost ;)

Elle, Deanna, Joe and yours truly at the Russia House in WA D.C.

"Yet, we know that people do NOT receive God's approval because of their own efforts to live according to a set of standards, but only by believing in Jesus Christ. So we also believed in Jesus Christ in order to receive God's approval by faith in Christ and not because of our own efforts. People won't receive God's approval because of their own efforts to live according to a set of standards. If we, the same people who are searching for God's approval in Christ, are still sinners, does that mean that Christ encourages us to sin? That's unthinkable! If I rebuild something that I've torn down (in this case my former religion), I admit that I was wrong to tear it down. When I tried to obey the law's standards, those laws killed me. As a result, I live in a relationship with God. I have been crucified with Christ. I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live I live by believing in God's Son, who loved me and took the punishment for my sins. I don't reject God's kindness. If we receive God's approval by obeying laws, then Christ's death was pointless." -Galatians 2:16-20

Did you know that the earliest followers of Jesus did not organize a religion or build church buildings? It's true!

"You mistakenly think we conceal what we worship since we have no temples or altars. Yet how can anyone make an image of God? Man himself is the image of God. How can anyone build a temple to Him, when the whole world can’t contain Him? Even I, a mere human, travel far and wide. So how can anyone shut up the majesty of so great a Person within one small building? Isn’t it better for Him to be dedicated in our minds and consecrated in our innermost hearts - rather than in a building?" -Mark Felix in "Octavius" (2nd Century A.D.)
