I "My RAdio Boy" sono due ragazzi della provincia di Roma. Amici da tempo, scoprono pian piano una passione per la musica elettronica. Suonano insieme in diversi gruppi rock e non solo. La nascita del progetto My Radio Boy risale all' inizio del 2007 quando i due si chiudono in un appartamento di 35mq con vocoder sintetizzatori e drum machine ed iniziano a registrare le loro prime idee su un computer portatile.
Le influenze sono moltissime e vanno aldilà della musica elettronica. Probabilmente le influenze maggiori possono derivare da gruppi francesi come Air e Daft Punk, passando per il pop di Michael Jackson, l' ironia di Frank Zappa e l' originale creatività di band come Radiohead...
E adesso sono in tre.

My Radio Boy are two guys from near Rome. Longtime friends, they discover a common passion for electronic music. Start to play together in various rock bands, until My Radio Boy is born in early 2007, when they lock themselves in a 35 sq mt flat with vocoder, synths and drum machine to start recording their ideas on a laptop pc.
Influences are varied, also beyond electronic music. Their major influences, though, are French bands such as Air and Daft Punk, filtered through Michael Jackson's pop, Fank Zappa's irony and Radiohead's creativity.
Now they are a trio.
