    Myra's Interests
GeneralWriting and reading, antiquing, walks in parks, strolling on the beach, dinner with hubby, good movies, nice vacations, and watching/being in nature.
MusicI like a variety of music - songs that are popular on the radio, country - love Willie Nelson, Alan Jackson and others; don't tend to like hip hop much except for a few artists, like Usher very much; enjoy classical music and jazz; bluegrass; and even some opera.

My favorite though is oldies from the 70's and 80's. Listening pleasure and to dance to. I can really shake my groove thing to those tunes!!
TelevisionI usually click on the s/f channel to see what's on first.:) Like to watch movies on the paid channels. I enjoy American Idol, gotta watch Lost, like watching the old reruns of X-files if it has creatures, Bones is fun to watch, Monk when I remember, Dr. Phil depending on what he's talking about, and always the news in the morning.

Who I'd like to meet:
The person I'd like to meet the most would be Stephen King, my favorite author. The man is awesome with character development.

I like to meet fans and fellow authors.

I am not here to hookup! I have been happily married to my prince for 25 years this October. Although I checked "dating" and "serious relationships" on the basic info - that is to allow more readers to find me by searching.

Note: Most of the books I write are intended for adults, so you must be at least 18 to purchase. If you are not 18 but want to be my friend, I'm sorry, but you'll have to wait until you are 18.

Sure, some of you might slip through due to the large number of friend requests, or because we have similar interests, but don't feel sad if I reject simply because you are underage. If you do slip through, you have to be 18 to read excerpts or visit my website.

Hi Myra, thanks for saying reviewers have a soft spot in an authors heart.  These are GOOD things to know.  If you would ever like a review drop me a note.  Reviewing is my LIFE. I love reading and I'm desperate for writing.  Before considering a review take a gander at my reviews on my blogs and then get back to me.

You are so right, Ashley Ladd is a sweetheart and as soon as I skim down my TBR pile I'm going to read and review her Ellora Cave release Purrfect Justice.  But for this week at EBJ and RCJ is Siren author, Laura Ashton's "Jasmine's Urban Cowboys".  I hope you stop buy and take a look.  I love hearing from readers, authors and love peoples perspective on my reviews.
All the best, Christine

Howdy! And yes, I do love being on that downhill slide of a book, whether reading it or writing it. Something about that just gets me going.

I'd like to invite you and all your friends to check out (and hopefully subscribe to) my blog concerning the launch of my new novel, Child Finder. My book has already received some great reviews before its official release on June 9th. It is a mystery/suspense thriller -- and is only the first in a trilogy I am contracted to write.

Click here to access my blog where I will post information about the book's availability as well as signing events.  Also, be sure to check out my novel's website (www.childfinder.us) for more detailed information about the story, my background, and publication schedules.

Ciao! Mike

Oh god, I normally write paranormal, but this publisher wanted me to write this story about a dyslexic boy. It is so close to home, that it is harder then I thought. So I am cheating---I am writing two. Good luck babysitting the dog and kitten, they are sometimes harder to handle then children.
