‘My Sci-Fi-Hi-Fi’ are a duo consisting of Mark Litster on vocals and James Barker on backing.
We both grew up together as small kids and after various disputes over many different sports, we realised that music was a much more co-operative thing to do. We formed a band with Mark’s brother and local mates. After many years with reasonable success and a lot of laughs, it naturally ran its course. Everybody did their own music things and stayed good friends only for the two of us to come full circle to find it easier to work as a duo.
We already have a large catalogue of material and at the minute, are purely just recording and continuing to write, lthough we have a lot of gigging experience compared to older professionals. We hope you enjoy the material on the website, and we welcome interest of any kind.
