About The Economic Forum
Improving the state of the world requires catalysing global cooperation to address pressing challenges and future risks. Global cooperation in turn needs stakeholders from business, government, the media, science, religion, the arts and civil society to collaborate as a true community. To this end, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting has engaged leaders from all walks of life to shape the global agenda at the start of the year for the last four decades.
In response to new priorities, the organizing theme for the 40th World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in 2010 is a call to action, “Improve the State of the World: Rethink, Redesign and Rebuild”.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Submission Period for this Contest begins on December 17, 2009 and ends on January 11, 2010 at 11:59 a.m. ET. Contest is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, Washington D.C., and the United Kingdom, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence and posses a valid U.S. passport at time of entry and are eligible to obtain Visas or travel authorizations necessary to travel to Switzerland. Each Entrant must have Internet access as of December 16, 2009.
