Though fed on a diet of classical music, Kat delves into the world of rock, punk, pop, before making a detour into more experimental music. .. For Kat Cross, music is like craftwork, where sounds replace materials, and show their infinite possibilities for assembly. Kat Cross is where electro and acoustic meet, where classical and pop join hands.She works for differents artists and projects too ( pre-prod, recording, music for exhibition)... Her musical diversity brought her to the attention of platinum selling 'Tricky', who upon discovering Kat, selected one of her songs 'Symphony for irony' for his 'Back to Mine' compilation where Kat was featured alongside music icons - Kate Bush, Gregory Isaac, The Cure, Dr John and Chet Baker... With a critically acclaimed first album 'Work In Progress' under her belt (distributed by Believe Digital), her second album 'Déjà Vu' is set for release at the end of February 2010. During recording, Kat made some interesting connections. The songs are ethereal, ambient, emotional and defined... ...... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .......... .. ...... .. The first album " Work in Progress " has been made at home. "Work in Progress" is a beautifull story between Eric cosentino (guitar effects), Denis Fedabeille (beats, synth, arrangements) et Julien Taillefer (from synthetizer to guitar & sounds treatments to drum) & myself.     arrh! "If I was me" me titille plus que les autres! aller savoir pourquoi?... Celle qui dénote c'est 'Flush you down" que je n'aime pas plus que ça, rien de comparable avec les autres pour moi... j'aime toutes vos autres!... et alors "If I was me"... je sais toujours pas vraiment pourquoi...

    YES!!! Vous frappez à la bonne porte! ;) J'aime ce genre de son et j'adore le votre! (pas étonnant que nous ayons pas mal de groupes en commun, toulousains notamment, comme les Dona Confuse, les Fragile Architecture... et puis Radiohead et j'en passe...)
