MYSTERE MAN est issu de la rencontre musicale entre le guitariste Manu LAFARGUE et le claviériste-chanteur Didier VERGNEAU, l'addition de leurs talents se concrétisant en une identité propre. Publié sur le label Musea Parallèle, le premier opus "Libérez Ma Conscience" (2007) est la résultante de différents courants musicaux, tels que le rock Progressif énergique, la musique classique, le heavy-metal, la musique new-age... Très présents, les textes sont quant à eux nourris d'influences réalistes. Notons la présence d'un long morceau sans vocaux, "Blatterman", dévoilant la facette la plus ambitieuse de MYSTERE MAN, avec de nombreuses cassures de rythmes et quelques belles prouesses instrumentales. MYSTERE MAN is the result of the musical meeting between guitar player Manu LAFARGUE and keyboardist-singer Didier VERGNEAU, the sum of their talents creating a true personality. Published on the Musea Parallèle label, the first album "Libérez Ma Conscience" (2007) owes much to various musical styles, such as energic Progressive rock, classical music, heavy-metal, new-age music... On the forefront, the lyrics are filled with realistic influences. Let's note a long voiceless song, "Blatterman", showcasing MYSTERE MAN's most ambitious face, with lots of rhythm breaks and some nice instrumental prowess. Somewhere between French chanson, neo Progressive and DREAM THEATER, let's discover quite an unique alchemy !
