My name is Erik von Markovik, also known as "Mystery", a pioneer of the seduction community (I didn't write this), a professional Pickup Artist, the star of a new VH1 show: “The Pickup Artist” and the main character in a the non-fiction, New York Times bestselling book...The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists, by Neil Strauss. I entertain my mind with thoughts of the holographic nature of the universe (a 3d display.)

The Venusian Arts Process, “Mystery's method” is a practical, field-tested method that allows men from any background to meet, attract, and build relationships with exceptional women of extraordinary quality and breath-taking beauty. We at the Venusian arts have field-tested hundreds of ideas in every situation imaginable. Some ideas worked right away. Some techniques were discovered by accident. Others failed comically and had to be replaced (remember, I didn't write this), all part of the trial-and-error process. In the end, we put the pieces that worked into a complete system that extremely powerful and effective. We are the original pick-up-artist and have been refining our techniques.

A little History of Me!
I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario (Canada) of German ancestry. I legally changed my name from Erik James Horvat-Markovik in my early 20's but am now referred to as “MYSTERY”. My GFs, mother and sister call me Erik.
During my teenage years, by my own account (see, I told you I didn't write this - can we get PR on this? Im so rarely on a computer - I prefer socializing live), I was unable to attract women, and at one time a Dungeons and Dragons player. As a result of my sexual frustration and loneliness I traveled to nearby cities over a 10-year period and approached women. Over time and after thousands of cold approaches, I developed a routine based system for successful approaches called the Mystery Method.
During the past 10 years I have worked as a close-up magician in restaurants in New York and Toronto while trying to get a job as a magician on a cruise ship. I credit these experiences in helping me learn the ins and outs of human interactions. I, like other magicians including Penn & Teller and James Randi, do not believe in the supernatural and am an atheist.
