Sincère et persévérant, Stéphane a commencé à se documenter sur diverses pratiques de méditation il y a dix ans, en même temps qu'il approfondissait sa connaissance de la musique. Plein d'une sagesse qu'il dit être plus facile à mettre en pratique ou en musique qu'à conceptualiser, Stéphane est un courageux qui a créé son propre rythme de vie, en marge de la société ou de la ville.
Méditation et musique, plusieurs heures par jour; il vit chichement afin de s'investir dans des projets qui le font évoluer. D'ailleurs, m'apprend-il, il ne veut pas cacher les versions antérieures de ses chansons, et espère plutôt qu'en donnant accès aux améliorations de son produit, il encouragera les artistes qui hésitent à se mettre au boulot. Il s'agit de trouver un filon, dans la pierre, se salir les mains pour en extraire un peu de matière précieuse, et ensuite, seulement, s'adonner à la joaillerie qui permettra au génie de montrer sa valeur.
À l'origine autodidacte interprétant tous les instruments de ses chansons, Stéphane est dernièrement passé au stade de leader du groupe Mystical Soul! Avec un guitariste et un batteur professionnels, il revisite ses chansons et en invente de nouvelles, spontanément, intuitivement, comme aime-t-il à le mentionner.

The next day the teenager came down stairs, and the grandmother is sitting there with no top on. The teenager wanted to die. She explains to her grandmother that she has friends coming over and that it is just not appropriate.
