Mystic Fields are Callum Mackay (Guitar/vocals) and Jess Ball (Synthesiser/keyboard). After being inspired by acts at The Falls Festival, Callum set up a website to find others also wanting to start a band. The Melbourne teenagers formed in August 2008 with a passion to make unique music to get people dancing. The band decided on their name after combining a lyric from their first track “High Kicks, Low Fives” and the location of where the track was first recorded at NMIT Fairfield. Callum and Jess continue to have fun writing and playing music in a Croydon garage. Electro? Indie? Dance? Pop? Call it what you will, Mystic Fields…

Hmm, juicy goss You may of noticed that I manage a band? While The City Sleeps They are rather good, I'm quite fond of them myself If you have the time you oughta come down to one of their shows :)
