I enjoy answering questions about meditation, energy work and sustainable technologies. I ask everyone to post their question on one of the discussion groups that I host for 2 reasons;

1. (Most important) There are a lot of cases where some of the people on the Groups may not even realize that they are looking for the same answer you are. I can't tell you how many times someone has made an offhand comment and things just clicked into place.
Your questions and comments can really help others.

2. My email is always overflowing. :) If there is something that you're embarrassed to bring up on the groups then by all means send me a private email. It may take awhile before I answer, but I'll help in any way that I can. :)
