From the multi island country of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with just about only 117,000 people to call this paradise home, Classic Vibes present Mystik Vibration, with Minkah and Kozmik, all with amazingly unique styles, yet they mesh with such a force you cannot help but stop and listen.
Although this group is fairly new, the two friends involved have known each other from childhood, and have all been part of the same group (singing/acting etc) at one time or another. This can be seen as the style of each member is like common knowledge among the others. The blend as only Mystik Vibration can do it, is absolutely astounding.
So lets get up close and personal - A Scorpio that is widely talented, we present Kozmik. From conducting and taking part in drama groups at school and church, listening to lyrical styles of Smokey Robinson, Bob Marley, Tupac, and Capleton, an artiste was born. And believe me; the unique mixture is only as unique as the artiste that grooms it.
Kozmik beginnings are at around the early age of eight (8), from Church, Schools Choirs, Accapella groups and the list goes on. Keeping busy, Kozmik also writes, produces, engineers, arranges dramas, sits on a committee that also deals with youth sports. He even sees himself as being so successful, that he can in turn open a studio at home to work with the underprivileged artiste who has the thirst that he also possesses, but not the means to get their songs recorded.
Street/reality in poetry and relaxing with his box guitar is how Kozmik spends his free time. He can also be seen running around the basket ball court as he is always surrounding himself with the youths of the area. He is quite passionate about all aspects of his life. When asked why he writes so deep and real, he states that writing is an escape that he welcomes. As this is a time when he is purely alone in a world where he dictates his self story.
And them we meet Minkah - Seen normally with either a paint brush or a guitar in his hand, it is obvious what his passions are. An avid painter, he is known for his unique style of painting and is requested by most hotels, where he paints still pictures of a sunset or of pure paradise. Although he was formally trained in art for two (2) years in Canada, he has added his mark to create what is a pure Caribbean art form.
Making jewelry from coral, the islands volcanic stones, coconut shells, many items, most of which may not be seen as beauty, but after passing through this artists hands, it is transformed. With the same passion, Minkah spends his time from painting sitting by the seaside daily strumming on his guitar as he rocks mimicking the waves, winds and palm trees as he creates masterpieces daily with his pen and trusty guitar.
From since school, writing has been a pleasure and inspiration is the reality and emotions of everyday life. Minkah aims to install the message of positivity. According to him there are too much negative aspects to what the youths are exposed to. He therefore strives to be the positive in their lives.
Many have compared his sound to Bob Marley, but being the modest simple man as he is, Minkah sees this as a blessing. He states that his style is that of inspiration as he sings whatever he is inspired to, and is flattered to be compared by such a great man. A touch of old, new, sunshine and the tropics from which he originates.
Together this force is - Mystik Vibration, whose aims are to break all barriers. Whether it be, Poverty, Race, Social Standings, among many. With the upliftment of the youths on our entire planet as the priority, Urban Mystic sees themselves as a means of purely enforcing reality.

I know PZed is an amazing singer but he never ceases to amaze me with his talent. I've heard this tune, Ease, a few times. He sung it live with just his guitar for me last march (see video below) , and he recorded it on a faster riddim for WaveStorm, but his new version with just his guitar again, is beyond awesome!!!! I mean, if I was on a desert island and had to hear one song for the rest of my days on earth, I would want it to be this song!!!! He does mention sensimillia and weed in it though, so not sure if it'll hit #1 in Jamaica, but the rest of the world should LOVE this song! I played it on my radio show today, pulled it up at least 3 times, and have listened to it 100 times since.
