Very cool - we will be there - have a few people from Space Coast that are entering the meet. I just wanted to make sure the meet wasnt on the same weekend as my next competition (Oct 17th). I like to be there to support our guys & you guys!
Bro, forget Westside, forget Lexen, forget Metal Militia, and don't even think about periodization - if you aren't training Primordial, you aren't training! HA HA HA!!!
Well you have been doing this long enough to know that not every day is going to be your best. Just keep doing what your doing, training hard, and everything will fall in place to be much much better the next time out. I know that you have made huge gains since I met you a few years ago. Keep it up brotha!
Yo, from looking at the video, you look fine. 900# opener looked easy. Couldn't tell if you were doing that with straps down or if those were from you spotter, either way, looking good. What is your goal for the meet?
