My Three Kilts
My three Kilts is a three-piece Celtic band that plays traditional and modern Celtic songs. Most of the songs they play are heard in Irish pubs and have been passed down and recorded for many years. Nearly all of the songs My three kilts plays require audience participation of some form or another. The songs are sing-a-long, clap-a-long, get your feet moving songs that get even the most stoic smiling and involved. Even though the band has no drummer, keeping time is easy with all of the clapping from the audience. The band only wears kilts on stage!
The band formed in June of 2007as “something to do” just to get off the couch. After a very successful performance at the Nutless Hound pub in Goldsboro, the band played an open mic night at the Flying shamrock on Goldsboro, NC. Immediately following that rousing performance, the owner of the flying shamrock offered New Year’s Eve and St. Patrick’s Day to the boys in kilts.

Comment cherries are soooo fun to pop! Anyways, although I didn't have the splendid opportunity to attend Oktoberfest, the practice session I witnessed was pretty damn great. Hope to hear some more soon!
