I need to find out if it really is owned by Rupert Murdoch? (Fox News. Wall Street Journal, NY Post etc. Shoooooo....) Still, it's a free site and it's so much more creative. MSP was my first social media love and it's going to be a tough break. I'm with ya.
Hi Norn! I haven't heard from you in the longest while! Quick note that Tess has your character bio for Super Valley ready. I posted it last week. Check it out -- it is a RIOT, IMO!! ====
Walt Willey (aka Jackson) has done an exclusive joint interview with Superposter's AMC Fan Space and his Official MySpace page.
hi norn! just a quick note to say hello, hope you are doing well! you're tops on the list of people who always bring a smile to my face when i think back to the days of yore ;)
Wasn't that a great show? I just love watching Ilene perform! It was great to meet you! Thanks so much for the drawing... you are so very talented. Hope to see you at The Gabriel Project event in March '09!
I want to speak in platitudes about how life doesn't close a door without opening one, and about how [God, Yaweh, the Universe, the Multiverse, the Whatever-You-Want-To-Call-It] will provide, but I don't have enough information to feel comfortable speaking that broadly. All I know is that when I was going through a tough time a couple of years ago, you were the only friend that was really there for me. None of my "real life" friends seemed to know what to do or say, but you were always there with a message of encouragement and a song (or incredibly huge file of songs) to cheer me up. You were always ALWAYS there for me in ways that were surprising but always heartfelt and completely original, and I honestly don't think I would have made it through that period in my life if I hadn't had you talk/cry/whine to. In actuality, I brag about our friendship often. (The Dolly bag you made for me? It wasn't practical for school - the size of the textbooks would have destroyed it. But it's my constant companion on the golf course - the one place that's so far distant from my former life that it's astoundingly easy to SEE the light of a clear blue morning.) I'm PROUD to be friends with you. If the economy and overall tone of the country were different, I would be celebrating at your liberation from that job - it was sucking your soul and creativity, and most definitely your happiness. I hope that this forced change leads you to a place better suited and more deserving of your skills and talent. (Comedy Central seems to be doing well these days. Maybe they have some openings?)(If not them, how about Playbill, or the New York Freaking Times? God knows you have the talent. )
