  • About the Studio work for Semper Fidelis...

    Dear comrades,

Supreme Commander Thomas Rainer strictly opposed the idea of creating "Semper Fidelis" only in the digital domain and so he teamed up with reknown sound engineer and producer Patrick Damiani (Rome, Falkenbach,...) at Tidalwave studio to create a charcteristic and unique sound for the album.
Thomas Rainer: "The cooperation with Patrick took the sound of NACHTMAHR to the next level. We had a wide array of sophisticated analogue studio equipment at our disposal and used it excessivley to create a merciless and powerful yet organic sound for the songs of Semper Fidelis. I am very proud of what we have achieved and am convinced that this album will set the dancefloors and hearts aflame all over the world"

  • NM Einsatzbefehl No.27 - The new album SEMPER FIDELIS

    Dear comrades,

Headquarters is very pleased to announce the title and release date of the third full-length album by Supreme Commander Thomas Rainer. The next NACHTMAHR album will be called "Semper Fidelis" (forever loyal) and will be released internationally on Nov. 26th, 2010.

"You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life."

This quote by Winston Churchill sums up the main lyrical theme behind this album and Thomas Rainer delivers this message with his unmatched brutal distorted vocal style. The beats have been crafted with even more deadly precision this time and the bass is bound to annihilate everyone that is careless enough to stand in the supreme commander's way to total club domination.

Like the cover art already suggests this album is full of surprises on both a musical and graphical level and marks a huge leap forward in the history of the band.

The decadent philosophy behind NACHTMAHR is incorruptible and these songs clarify more than ever that this attack is guided by an artist playing by his own rules.

With or against us, worship or abhorrence, love or hate - there is nothing in between!

ATTENTION: The album will be published in two editions.
