I am a songwriter/singer/guitarist native from France and living in North East London. In 2005-2006 I was gigging throughout London in a rocky three-piece with Dave Guy on the drums and Michael Gaul on the bass and we produced a full-length album titled Countries & Cities. It features mostly early PJ Harvey - type of songs, although as well as a couple of acoustic tracks, and was produced by Jude Rawlins ("The Subterraneans"). You can listen to a few tracks on my website, which is yet to be up-dated so it still features the band. If you ask nicely, I can also send you a copy.
I have now returned back to basics and am developing my song-writing via a solo, stripped-down acoustic work. I go to open mics, and my objective is to create something great with just my voice, my guitar and my song-writing... Doesn't it all comes down to this in the end. I am also learning to mix and produce: Drapeau Blanc is my first attempt, I hope you'll enjoy it.

I've been keeping quiet recently because of two things: 1) I had the flu; and 2) I've been working on a collection of songs (mostly just guitar and vocals) and I wanted to surprise you with them!
Hopefully they'll be ready by tomorrow.
By the way, Joseph songs are like Joseph remixes... 'a bit crazy' ;-D

Well... we didn't play very well to be honest... and we couldn't hear anything on the stage... specially the voice... the monitors died 30 seconds on the gig... so I hope i was singing on key...
Anyway, we had fun, and that was the most important thing.
