Vladiswar Nadishana is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and recording producer from Siberia, who creates his own unique and innovative approach to world fusion music - the creative synthesis of different musical traditions of the world on the basis of contemporary technologies. He plays on more than 100 instruments of the world, including self-created ones
Nadishana works in direction of ethnic fusion,
ethnic jazz or world fusion. His music is based on creative synthesis
of different musical traditions of the world on the basis of contemporary

He elaborated the unique playing technique
on each of his instruments and his own approach to advanced digital audio
editing called "sound microsurgery"
During his living in small village in South
of Siberia V. Nadishana established "Sound Microsurgery Department"
(SMD). SMD is a creative research laboratory handling a wide variety of
projects: from mastering unknown ancient musical instruments to elaborating
new creative methods of work with digital audio.
Using a multi-track overdubbing method V. Nadishana
created some solo albums in his own
studio.
V. Nadishana possesses a huge collection
of musical instruments (more than 200) from different parts of
the world.
in April 2008 the music of Nadishana was used for the choreography at Bolshoi Theater (Moscow, Russia). The Choreographer Andrey Melanjin have chosen the track “Cat's Love Song” for his miniature in modern style.

I haven't stopped by in a while. Beautiful guitar in your latest photo! And I love your current page and the music on it.
I've been thinking of having someone build me a new guitar as well: my second scalloped fretboard guitar, as I'd like a wider neck, a cutaway, and some sympathetic strings.
I haven't gotten to that yet, but I do have a new video on my fretless guitar. In the December 2009 issue of Guitar Player Magazine there's an interview covering my thoughts about the relationship of Indian raga to the music of Jimi Hendrix.
