| Genel | Music, the great outdoors, books, life in general. I like traveling with a particular interest in lonely little forgotten towns way off the beaten track. I love ocean side towns, desert highways and heading in the "other" direction. Music and home recording are my main

I tend to shy away from the norm and lean towards artists that are bold enough to stray in unexpected directions. Lyrics do matter and a well written song that takes the listener for a ride is something very special. I'm a sucker for lead guitar,infectious grooves,lively percussion and stellar vocals. I have no time for main stream radio but absolutely love the diverse programming offered on college and non-commercial radio stations. I've enjoyed air play on many such stations and I thank the music directors and program hosts for being so open minded and accepting of new music from indie artists. Of course I like the air play and I'm very excited about it. But I wanted to also mention that as a listener of non-commercial radio, I find it to be highly entertaining and I feel much more of a connection than I ever could of mainstream radio. I applaud all the folks that volunteer or lend their talents to support those stations. | | Filmler | I like movies that inspire me to be better, like "Rudy." I like movies that make me laugh like "The Wedding Crashers" or "What About Bob." I also like weird movies and TV and I have to admit that I was totally into "Twin Peaks." Others I've liked include Fargo, The Last Picture Show, American Graffitti, The Game, Red Rock West, The Shining, Reservoir Dogs, Raising Arizona, Dark City, The Matrix (the original)and No Country For Old Men and Into The Wild. | | Televizyon | As mentioned above, "Twin Peaks" really pulled me in! I go for action type stuff too like "24" and "Prison Break." And I'm still into "Survivor." I find it to be a great study in social interaction and human relations. | | Kitaplar | Well my wife turned me onto James Patterson and I've been reading his lately. Sidney Sheldon, "If Tomorrow Comes" is a great read. "And The Sea Will Tell" is also a great read if your into true crime that isn't gory but more along the lines of a who-done-it. | | Kahramanları | Anyone that has overcome adversity and through hard work and commitment, has gone on to enjoy success in whatever area they pursued. I've found people like this in sports and music but also in everyday life. My real heroes are those that are encouraging to others and lift others up, they're the real heroes. Kind words are powerful! |

Hakkımda:
I'm an independent musician and recording artist and that's what brought me to myspace. I've been very fortunate; my music has been played on over 50 college and non-commercial radio stations in the US, Canada, Belgium, Germany and Australia. I've found that many of those stations and DJ's, as well as the indie artists that they play, have myspace websites and I wanted to be included in that community of folks that share music as a common interest. I'm married to my wife of almost 20 years and she and I share lots of laughs and good times. (She also happens to sing back up vocals on my recordings and she sounds absolutely great!) I like to write short stories too and I may post some at a future date. My short story, Desert Highway, has been read live on the air and I thank those radio personalities for that. I'd like to meet people who are musicians or who are just really enthusiastic about music. I'm especially interested in meeting others who are into home recording. I've also developed some good email/Internet relationships with some DJ's and I always welcome and value their feedback regarding my music. I enjoy creative people, no matter what area they work in whether it's music, film, art, writing or whatever.
