From crushing rhythms and complex time signatures to melodic harmonies and face-melting solos, Nailgun Strategy offer a unique brand of thrash metal. Born in the spring of 2006, the Louisville, KY quartet formed when guitarist Andy Russ teamed up with local legendary drummer Sean Rued (Faceplant). The two began forging a project that caught the attention of second guitarist Lance Arny (Flaw) who joined shortly thereafter. Several months and songs later, Luke McFarland completed the line up on vocal duties. "We continue to try and push ourselves and our music to new heights."
