Dont take the fast one in tempo. you can do it at 100 bpm im sure they wont notice. measure 9 & 10, you should start practicing at about 90/85 bpm and do the 10 penny thing, that really helps. on measure 17, aim for the lower notes, not the "c", try and push the lower notes out more than you do the "c". practice the whole song at 100 bpm and im sure you will get it perfectly. i have the same problem, and i have a problem with measure 13 and 15. ill get it, and so will you =D
