HAVE

FUN

I love So. Cal. "MASSIVES" with tens of thousands of people dancing to the same beat till predawn. The pic below was from Together As One 07 (T.A.O) which turned out to be my best New Year's ever. That's my bro on the bottom right in the blue shirt and I'm a person or two behind him.

See the pic below? See the beautiful chaos, the smiling faces, the insane energy of the crowd around me? Want to experience what it's like to be in the middle of that? Click on the vid below the pic and enjoy the experience of pure energy...

// nOCtURnAl !! wONdErlANd //

My love for massives caused one of my best friends and I to found a tee-shirt line called HUG ME TEES.COM. Check us out at www.plurlife.com/hugmetees or by clicking on the banner below...

Photobucket

I think one of the coolest experiences for an entrepreneur is when you see a product you created out in world for the first time... Seeing Damaris wearing our HUG ME IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD tee at 5 am in the morning, after EDC, was a super cool moment for me =)THANKS DAMARIS!..

I love carving down a mountain. Tricks just don't do it for me. For me it's all about the free riding.

I love Irish bars even though I only go drinking once or twice a month. My favorite one in Vegas is THE NINE FINE IRISHMEN. The New York New York Casino bought the bar in Ireland, took it apart and put it back together inside. Only in Vegas...

FACE

FEAR

When I was a kid my best friend Pat and I went to see Point Break. That movie inspired me to jump illegally when I was 17. Pat (www.wingenvy.com) went on to be a pro. I've always wanted to do the jump with him that we saw in the movie. I don't see 2009 being the year I get certified. However it's possible. Doing that jump with him would be a dream come true and a cool thing to check off my lifetime goal list.

I decided back in 2008 to post my goals on here for all the world to see. In 2009 I decided to stop playing safe and really push my goals to the limits. To start going after what I really wanted instead of what I thought I could have. Doing this required that I really face my fear. The skull and stars you see below is from www.privateernation.com where it is given as an award for facing your fears (skull) to get your dreams (stars).

GET

RICH

The purpose of the Privateer Nation (the globe and stars is our logo below) is to help you face your fears so you can get rich in the profession of your choice, travel the planet and change the world.

Aaron, Mike (two guys on my personal mastermind group) and I decided to see if the manifesting concept that is taught in the movie THE SECRET really works. We created the blog www.the3alchemists.com and that is where we are recording our on going manifesting experiences (good and bad). So far the results have been absolutely amazing. You can read the real life manifesting stories from our own lives at www.the3alchemists.com

XL NATION.COM

XL is the world's first organization for humanitarian entrepreneurs. Together we are making a massive difference in the world.

Roger Hamilton discovered that there are ONLY 8 PATHS TO WEALTH (see chart below to see paths). By doing your wealth profile you find out which of the 8 paths is YOUR PATH TO WEALTH.

Check this out...

Let's say you go to a seminar and Bill Gates tells how he made his billions & how you can too.

Then you read a book by Warren Buffet and he tells how he made his billions & how you can too.

And then you buy a CD series and Oprah tells you how she made her billions & how you can too.

All 3 are billionaires.

All 3 have proven that their wealth creation strategies work even though in some cases they totally contradict each other.

My question to you is, “Which billionaire's plan do you follow so YOU TOO can become a billionare?

..

Do you flip a coin? Roll some dice? Call your momma and ask her who's advice you should follow? How?

The answer is that there are only 2 ways to know which Billionaire's advice to follow. The first is PAINFUL. It's called TRIAL AND ERROR. The second is FAST, EASY, QUICK, and CHEAP. You take your wealth profile.

By taking your wealth profile you find out....

Which path to wealth suits your natural character & personality type best.

What are the steps you should take, and what the rules are for your wealth creation game.

I did my wealth profile and it told me I'm a MECHANIC. A person who is awesome at organizing systems. My first thought was the profile was wacky. However I'd heard so many millionaires praise the profile system that I decided to really research what it was saying. To my complete surprise I realized that every single business I've ever been involved in has been about improving the current system! I never would have guessed! I realized that my happiest moments were when I was working on systems. So today I am working on the Privateer Nation from a systems prospective and have someone else doing stuff like the web site etc. And I'm loving it =)

WANT TO KNOW MORE? CONTACT ME AND MENTION THAT YOU FOUND THE INFO ON MY SPACE. I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO HOOK MY MYSPACE FRIENDS UP INCLUDING OFFERING A 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WHICH NO ONE ELSE OFFERS THAT PROMOTES THE PROFILES.

TRAVEL

THE

PLANET

Most people talk about partying on the beaches of the world. I was one of those people until a friend of mine named Lacey said, "If you don't start traveling now you are going to be one of those weird 40 year old guys trying to dance on the beach with 20 somethings..." I left 10 months later. Thanks Lace. And thanks Kiara =)

In 09 I'm going back to Thailand from Nov 27, 2009 to January 2, 2010 with the Privateer Nation...

We are going to fly into Bangkok and head off to famous Khao San Road for good times at places like Silk Bar (our first stop), Gulliver's & Mulligans (have fun hanging with the Brits and Irish), The Brick (reggae & ska) and Hippe de Bar & Restaurant (fun hippie hangout).

After a day or two of enjoying the sites of Bangkok, and partying, we will be heading to Chiang Mai(Northern Thailand) to trek through the jungle on the backs of elephants.

Next we will travel to Cambodia to see the ancient ruins of Ankgor Wat. The Ankgor Wat ruins are equal in beauty to the pyramids in Egypt. We will visit the main ruins and then walk through the temple of Banteay Kdei to the famous jungle temple of Ta Prohm. From there we will concentrate on some of the less visited sites like Prasat Kravan with stunning interior brick carvings and Banteay Prei, a lovely peaceful temple in a beautiful location away from most tourists. At the end of the day we will go to Preah Khan, a fabulous and vast temple second in size to Angkor Wat. It is a very complex partial ruin with spectacular buildings and trees growing throughout the structures.

We will finish our trip on the island of Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand. We will be staying on Haad Rin beach. Haad Rin is beautiful and everything you’d expect on a tropical island is available. Hike, play beach volleyball, swim, party at the beach bars or if you’d like, head over to The Sanctuary, and do a cleanse and fast.

That beach hut above costs a whopping $8 - $12 a night depending on demand. Whatever you decide to do, make sure to join us on Christmas night for the internationally famous full-moon beach party. Thailand's full moon beach parties are world famous. Up to 10,000 travelers show up at Haad Rin beach and party the night and much of the next day away. After everyone has recovered from the Full-Moon Party I, we will do Full Moon Party II for New Years! Finally, we will fly out and be back in time to hit the ground running for an incredible 2010.

CHANGE

THE

WORLD

Finally a magazine that represents those of us "who give a damn." Check it out at www.goodmagazine.com!

Coexist... now that is an idea whose time has come!!! And I'm stoked to say that I recently found a company that is living this philosophy. Check out http://www.commontables.org/advocates.html

KIVA.ORG allows you to give loans (NOT GIFTS BECAUSE THEY PAY YOU THE MONEY BACK) to small business entrepreneurs in 3rd world countries in amounts as little as $25. And $25 might not sound like a lot but it can massive difference. I did my first personal loan to a woman starting a small banana plantation in the South Pacific (100 trees)

Lend someone $25 today so they can make a dream come true. You'll have your money back in as little as 6 months. Check it out...

www.kiva.org/lender/namastefaustino

I live to make a difference for people (it's my passion). One of my dreams is to cause a National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship Program (N.F.T.E) at Morro Bay High School in California by 2010.

I also actively support Bono's ONE CAMPAIGN. If you haven't joined already (it's free) please do so now by clicking on the following pic. Why? Doing so will help make poverty history... It will be your good deed for the year.

I support www.SAVEDARFUR.com because to stand by and let this happen would be a crime even worse than what is going on there now.

Remember growing up? Can you imagine having to go to school everyday looking like this little girl (see below)? Can you imagine what the other kids would have said? I support www.smiletrain.org because no child should have to endure a life like this litte girl did.. before her www.smiletrain.org operation...

Damaged clefts are a major problem in developing countries where there are millions of children who are suffering with unrepaired clefts. Most cannot eat or speak properly. Many aren’t allowed to attend school or hold a job. These kids will face very difficult lives filled with shame and isolation, pain and heartache unless you act now. Sorry to be blunt but it's the truth. If you don't, who will?

To make a difference in the life of a child go to www.smiletrain.org and donate $25 (or more) towards an operation. My goal as of this writing (1/22/09) is to cause 1 operation a month in 2009.

Music

I listen to a lot of electronica (it's the only music that is truly universal).

U2 is my all time favorite band.

I also like listening to hip hop because every rapper out there is about making it in the big time. I can REALLY relate to that.

Some favorites... Kayne West, LMFAO (YES!) Nelly, 50 Cent, Biggy, Eminem, and Jay Z to James Blunt, U2, Green Day, David Gray, Angeles & Airwaves, Buju Banton and Bob Marley.

Movies

The Matrix, THE SECRET.tv Point Break, Boiler Room, One Sky (buy it at www.wingenvy.com), Pay It Forward, Hustle & Flow, Almost Famous, Ferris Buhler’s Day Off, Into The Wild, Field Of Dreams, Heat, Fight Club, The Family Stone, Snatch, Accepted, SUPER BAD, 8 Mile, What the Bleep Do You Know, The Bronx Tale, My Date With Drew, Slum Dog Millionaire and 21.

I know I already mentioned the movie THE SECRET but I thought I'd bring it up again. I recently rewatched it. I've known "the secret" since I was 8 years old because I was raised as a Rosicrucian (www.AMORC.org). The movie really does a great job of covering everything and I learn something new each time.

Television

I love movies. I haven't seen TV in years. And even back then the only things I'd watch were MTV Cribs, music videos and SouthPark. Instead of watching TV I do things like studying the Kabbalah at the Kabbalah Center in Las Vegas. Man, that is good stuff! And I thought it was just some kind of jewish mysticism thing that Madonna was into.

Besides studying the Kabbalah I've taken a number of other seminars that have all added something cool to my life such as Landmark Education, PSI Seminars, Peak Potentials, Wealth Dynamics, Rubicon Results, and the Inner Child Workshop by Dorthy Dunn.

Most recently I've begun to seriously study Abraham Hicks. What I'm learning is exceptional. And the results I'm getting are sweet. It really is amazing how simple it is to figure out what you want when you understand things like the principle of contrast.

Books

I own and have read over 300 books on creating success, wealth and happiness. Out of all those books only 15 made a lasting difference in my life. I've mentioned most of those below...

The first was Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. This is the book that started me on the path when I as 18.

..

Years later I read a book called THE HIDDEN SECRET in THINK & GROW RICH. I've got to hand it to the author. He showed me stuff, I had missed, that is CRITICAL to making "the secret" in Think & Grow Rich work. He also confirmed what I thought "the secret" was (always wondered if I'd figured it out). To check out his book copy and paste in the following link

Big Bucks by Ken Blanchard. This book explained to me that the ONLY WAY I was ever going to get rich was by having FUN! Ken explains that if you don't wake up excited and looking forward to doing the day-to-day activities of building your business you'll never be successful. Since I was 18 years old I'd been involved in direct sales (MLM, door-to-door, or telemarketing) and I F%&KING HATED the day-to-day prospecting that I had to do to build my business so I was always avoiding doing it. Because I was always avoiding it I was always struggling to get by. I realized that I either had to figure out how to make prospecting fun or I had to get out of the business. I got out of the business (2nd hardest decision I ever made), went on to do something fun and it's the best decision I ever made. If you are an MLM'er and you figured out how to make prospecting fun I'll refer people all day to you. Just hit me up...

The third was Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch. Neale showed me that GOD rules the world through love, not fear and guilt

The E & P Attraction by John Kappas. First off DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER. The cover OBVIOUSLY SUCKS! However this another book that changed my life as well as the lives of my closest friends. John explained to me that there are 2 kinds of people on this earth "e's" and "p's" In every relationship you've ever seen that is successful one person is an "e" and the other is a "p". If you want to be happy first find out whether you are an "e" or a "p" and then date the opposite. I'm an "e" and I was always dating "e's" because they were exactly like me and that was the problem...

The 4 Hour Work Week was amazing. Page 34 changed my life. I made a commitment to myself and everyone else that from this point forward I will ONLY work on the number one thing I'm good at (Systems). No more doing the things I am OK at. NO more wasting my life. Anything that is not systems I'm going to find someone else to do. The secret to getting to the top fast is doing the one thing you are good and and letting someone else do the rest. Thanks Tim!

Vagabonding by Rolf Potts is a must read for people who are thinking about taking off to travel the world. He really gives you an idea of what it's like. And best of all he makes sure that you are not escaping. Traveling the world only to come back to a life you hate sucks. He helps you understand that you can travel the world and have a life you love. Awesome job Rolf!

How To Win Friends & Influence People by Dale Carnegie. This book is the end all be all book about how to successfully deal with people. I'd watched people who had incredible people skills and how they cruised through life using them. I was always jealous until I finally picked up this book and started reading. IT'S AMAZING what you can accomplish when you understand little things like ALWAYS creating win/win situations.

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kioysaki. Robert taught me why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. It's all about how the rich spend their money vs how the poor spend theirs. This book showed me how to spend my money like the rich (instead of the way I was spending it) so that I will become rich.

End Of Poverty by Jeffery Sachs. Jeffery explains in this international best seller how we REALLY CAN END EXTREME POVERTY on this planet by 2025. Do your part (and it's both easy and free) by joining the ONE ORGANIZATION by clicking on the banner in my heroes section.

Full Steam Ahead also by Ken Blanchard. I'd always been confused by mission and vision statements. What was the difference? And frankly were they really any good? Ken wrote the book that not only explained the difference between a mission and a vision statment but also showed me how to craft them so that they would drive my company on to succeed.

The Celestine Prophecy was a superfun read and it opened my eyes to how beautiful a world we live in. At least 5 times a day I have my breath taken away by something I never noticed before. We truly live in a beautiful world if we just notice it...

I grew up thinking that "Nice guys always finish last." I lived according to that rule and failed time and time again. Finally, I realized that the person who came up with the comment "Nice guys finish last" got it twisted. Nice guys/girls ALMOST ALWAYS finish first! This book is the first one I've run across that teaches this and it takes it to the next level. I learned so much from this book!

John Wood is living proof that you literally can change the world. I loved his book LEAVING MICROSOFT TO CHANGE THE WORLD because he talks straight from the heart and shows that anything is possible if you are willing to go for it.

And of course LIVING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION BY RICH GERMAN and ROBIN HOCH! Why? Cause they put my story of manifesting the money to drive from Santa Monica, Ca to New York City for the millennium celebration in 52 hours straight (over 2.1 million attended and the biggest recorded New Year's recorded celebration in history according to the Genius Book of World Records)!

When I first starting hearing about the Kabbalah because of Madonna I thought it was a religion. A few years later my intuition caused me to take a class. What I found was amazing. Biggest thing I love about this book is that it starts out by challenging the reader to NOT believe anything he/she is reading. First test it and then decide. Talk about refreshing =) I read the book a year ago. I didn't add it until now because I was testing out the ideas and concepts in my own life. All I can say is "WOW!" It works, it works from day one and it keeps working. Talk about a totally different experience of life =)

And last but certainly not least Urban Tribes by Ethan Watters. Ethan explained to my friends and I that we are not alone (like we thought we were). We've all taken the road less traveled by opening businesses, traveling the world, and skipping out on having kids early. We RARELY met anyone else like us. It turns out that people like us are everywhere in urban tribes all over the planet and the reason we weren't meeting them was because they weren't a part of our urban tribe. After I read that I thought, "that's lame" and my friends and I are now building an urban tribe for people who have taken the road less traveled.Check out our tribe at www.privateernation.com

Heroes

My mom for starting me on the road less traveled. This woman had me selling X MAS cards door-to-door when I was 5 years old. When I was 15 she helped me start my first business. Love you Mom.

My dad for believing in me when the rest of my family was saying, "Why don't you go back to college?" Thanks Dad.

Pat Eaves for coming up with the coolest ways to stay out of the 9-to-5 slave race and because he is an insane adrenaline junkie.

Lacey & Kiara ignoring the BS comments of their friends and family, quitting their corporate jobs, and leaving to travel the world 3 years ago and still going strong.

Namaste Faustino (that's me) for keeping the dream alive during all those years and being here in 2009 to watch it all come together!

The ladies at www.collegedropout.com who are doing a damn fine job of representing all us college dropouts every where...

Visit College Dropout's Official Website Here!!!

Martin Luther King who said, "The Ultimate Measure of a man is not when he stands in moments of comfort and convience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

He's got his demons he's got to deal with but you have to respect his point of view, "Time has run out. If this is gonna happen it's gotta happen now. EMINEM

And of course Gandhi, Jay Leno, Andrew Carangie, Eminem, Roger Hamilton (founder of XL), Joseph Jaworski (founder of American Leadership Forum), Bono, Rich Devos & Jay VanAndel (founders of AmWay), Kayne West, P Diddy, Farrah Grey (Farrah made his first million by the time he was 14 years old, got himself out the Chicago ghetto he grew up in, and started his own foundation).

Nelson Mandela for dedicating his life to correcting an injustice. The people of Amnesty International for their work on human rights and their vision for the world. The Red Campaign for showing us that corporate america can do good too =)

Support Amnesty International

I AM Contribution, Abundance, Adventure's Blurbs
About me:

Al is the name my parents gave me but everyone calls me Namaste (pronounced Na-Mas-Stay). I'm head over heels in love with a beautiful, ambitious, law of attraction coach named Regina. I'm the founder of a number of businesses. Each business represents a different passion of mine...

SUCCESS SOLVED.COM-Reading another book, listening to another audio or attending another seminar is NOT going to make any difference. You ALREADY know what you need to know to succeed, everyone does. You can't tell me you haven't heard this before "Figure out your vision, do work you love, set goals, develop strategy, take action and keep taking action until you succeed." That's it! That's all there is to success. The problem isn't the steps everyone knows, the problem is most people don't follow through on them. Want to be one of the ones that does so you get to live the magical life everyone else wants? Check out SuccessSolved.com. Dreams ACTUALLY come true when you follow through...

PRIVATEER NATION.COM-Do you own your own business? Do you travel abroad? Do you make a point to give back? If you answered "YES" to these three questions you might be a candidate for the Privateer Nation. What is that? The Privateer Nation is an entrepreneurial society for people who are all about getting rich, traveling the planet and changing the world. Curious? Check out www.privateernation.com. If you like what you see then contact me. Our society is NOT open to the public. It's by invitation only. It's also not easy to become a member. The citizenship process takes a year and is designed to push your limits. However if you are one of us it's worth it. Plus the benefits of being a member are incredible.

THE 3 ALCHEMISTS.COM-Is it really possible to use the information taught in the movie, THE SECRET, to manifest dreams into reality? Myself and two of my friends decided to find out. Check out www.the3alchemists.com to read about what happened (and continues to happen) when we applied the lessons...

A lot of people ask me about my name. Namaste means “I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Truth, of Light, and of Peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, WE ARE ONE, NAMASTE."

How I got that nickname is a long story that involves the February 2003, Seattle, Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar, shock when I read the definition and finally Burning Man 2005 where I began to make the necessary adjustments to be able to live into that definition each day.

Taking on the name Namaste has been a unique experience. First, I had to stop questioning myself and accept it. That wasn't easy. Let's get real, a white guy calling himself Namaste is strange. Being called AL was easy. I knew who AL was. Al was a nice guy, who had done some not so nice things as a kid, who was choosing to not let go of the darkside a 100% because he feared doing so would make him weak. Being called Namaste has caused me to question my very identity and ask myself "Who Am I?" I've come to the conclusion that..

I am NOT my experiences.

I am NOT my past decisions.

I am NOT my job or business.

I am NOT my given name AL or my nickname Namaste.

And I am certainly NOT a good guy, who did some bad things as a kid, who is choosing to not let go of the darkside for fear of being weak.

If I'm NOT these things, then who I am, is my actions. People look at my actions and then determine who I am. If my actions are nice I'm defined as a "nice guy." If my actions are not nice I'm defined as a "bad guy". Interestingly, my actions are guided by my thoughts. Ultimately I am the things I consistently think about. Looks like Landmark Education was right after all.

What do I think about most?

Massive Contribution- How to really help people make serious progress on their dreams.

Stunning Financial Abundance- How to become financially independent by helping people make serious progress on their dreams.

Adventure & Unique Experiences-How to travel to all the places and have all the experiences on my lifetime goal list.

The Privateer Nation is my realization of what at the time seemed to be an impossible dream.

TRAVEL THE PLANET

I'll never forget Lacey saying to me "I've heard you talk about traveling the world for years. You never go because you say you are always working. If you don't go now you are going to be one of those weird old guys trying to dance on the beach with 20 somethings." That statement woke me up. The following pic is of me in a boat (that's me in the orange shirt) in Thailand on the way to one of the famous Full Moon Parties that draw 10,000+ travelers from all over the world. I worked in a telemarketing room for 7 months to pay for that trip. And I was sick that day but I refused to let stop me. It was a dream come true to be there. A rain storm was coming in and lightening was flashing across the sky as we danced to world class trance on the beach. Picture of me on my first vagabonding trip overseas (done 10/27/2005)

Before I left on my first overseas trip I read the book Vagabonding by Rolf Potts. In the book I read about GOA, INDIA. I'd never heard of it before but it was a magnet for travelers from all over the world since the 60's. In the book I wrote "I gotta so GOA, INDIA." A few years later I was coaching the Self Expression and Leadership Program for Landmark Education. I decided to give one of the people I was coaching my copy of Vagabonding. Right before I wrapped it up I flipped through it looking at my notes. I saw "I gotta do GOA, INDIA." I'd done the trip 6 months before and I had an amazing time. It was so cool to see that goal in that book and to know I already achieved it. This pic is of Sryah and I at our favorite bar Zoories that sat on a cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea. The coolest part about this pic is it was taken a few hours before I had one of the craziest nights of my life. Picture of me in GOA, INDIA (done 10/27/2006)

PAST SUCCESSES

&

PAST FAILURES

I was raised as a Rosicrucian (not a religion but a set of teachings)(www.amorc.org) so I learned about using the law of attraction/manifesting at 8 years old. The first thing I manifested was a little red radio. When THE SECRET came out I was surprised that it was new info for so many people. Today I'm one of the co-founders of www.the3alchemists.com which is about 3 guys and their real life manifesting results recorded in real time.

Started my first business in high school at 15 thanks to my mom pushing me.

Skydived illegally for the first time at 17.

Went to college in Santa Barbara, CA. Lived in Isla Vista.Dropped out of college at 18 to start my second business and never looked back.

Instead of experiencing the rapid success I expected in my second business I ran up against wall after wall and had to move home just 6 months after dropping out of college. Ouch!..

While my peers were still attending college classes I gave away my first college scholarship at 21 years old.

After 5 years of working countless nights and weekends trying every recruiting method under the sun I quit MLM. I was crushed! I felt like I'd been kicked in the stomach. If only I'd known the secret to recruiting was prospecting people like me instead of housewives, business guys and blue collar workers who I had nothing in common with...

At 23 I started a non-profit mentorship program for grads from my high school.

Also when I was 23 I started a hardcore door-to-door sales business where I got paid to sneak into skyscrapers, slip past security and sell to the employees inside. My business partner and I made direct sales history by being the first business-to-business salesmen to sneak into the government contracted, high security HoneyWell Manufacturing Plant in Phoenix AZ and make sales.

For fun when I was 24 I took 3 months off from my business and did a summer with the Southwestern Company/SEEDS ORG selling books door-to-door on the east coast. Spent more money than I made that summer but the life lessons I took away with me are proving to be worth their weight in gold.

My dream had always been to clear my first million by 25. I sacrificed everything for that dream. I dropped out of college because I didn't see any way I could graduate at 22 and clear a million in 3 years. I worked 7 days a week on a regular bases. I spent all my extra money on my businesses so most of the time I could not afford to date. When I turned 25 I did not bother to celebrate my birthday. I was in such a rage I could barely speak. When I could speak I flat out cried. As if that was not bad enough I made the decision that day to walk away from direct sales for good which meant starting entirely over. I was 25. No college degree. I got a low paying jack off job. And I had no idea what I was going to do.

I was 25 whenI attended the AVN Awards (Oscars for the Porn Industry) for the first time. Despite Hef's ego driven declaration the sexual revolution is not over. Women still can't have their fun without being labeled.

I was 26 when I got involved with Landmark Education and took the Landmark Forum. I then continued on to take the Advanced Course, Self Expression and Leadership Course, Communications Course, Introduction Leaders Program and I coached the SelF Expression and Leadership Program.

I found my LIFE PURPOSE by doing exactly what Jim Rohn said to do in THE ART OF EXCEPTIONAL LIVING (Paulo Coelho who wrote THE ALCHEMIST also says to do the same thing), "The secret to you future success will likely be found in your past." What is the most fun thing for you to do all day? What do you think is fun that everyone else considers to be work? What are you naturally good at? What hobby do you excel at that you should be getting paid to do? If you knew that you were guaranteed success, that you couldn't fail, what would you do with your time all day? I looked at my past and saw that all of my adult life I'd been saying, "I wish there was an entrepreneurial organization for people like me." I also saw that I love helping people make their dreams come true. I'd coach people on how to incorporate their businesses for example which was fun for me but others considered work. My life purpose is to build an entrepreneurial nation by helping entrepreneurs face their fears so they can get rich, travel the planet and change the world.

I was 27. I had just launched my entrepreneurial nation after 2 years of prep and research. Just two weeks into launch my business partner walked in and said,"I made a mistake. I can't do this." After an hour long talk I realized his dream was in another industry. I always said I'd never get in the way of a dream so we shut every thing down. Suddenly I was in an insane amount of debt and I had to make a choice. I could get a real job and give up on my dream or I could move home and try to make the business happen on my own. I can't really describe to you what it's like to move home at 27. I wouldn't say suicide is a better option but it would be less painful.

I did BURNING MAN 2005 and was lucky enough to be a guest of the Seattle Space Virgins.

After a year of being crashed on a couch, and struggling to get the business started alone, I was 28 and burned out. I took off for a multi-month international trip to Southeast ASIA... During that trip I lived on the island of Koh Phangan in the Gulf of Thailand and danced into the night at the best FULL-MOON PARTY ever.

Another year of couch surfing passed while I did the trial and error thing with the business. I once again found myself burned out, so at 29 I took off the month of December and headed to Goa, INDIA. I lived on Anjuna Beach and experienced the legendary party scene I'd heard so much about.

I was 30 when I went to Nocturnal Wonderland which was my first massive. I'd been to raves before but massives are a totally different experience. The energy rush of being with that many people is beyond words. After Nocturnal I had to have more. I went to the First Annual Electronic Music Festival in Los Angeles. And I did T.A.O. at New Year's which is by far my best New Year's ever.

On Saint Patrick's Day 2008 (after 3 years of trial and error figuring things out) I launched the Privateer Nation. When I crashed on my dad's couch at 27 I thought it would take me 6 months to make the entrepreneurial nation successful. To my dismay it took 3 years of heart wrenching trial and error. That's 3 years of sleeping on a couch, 3 years of NOT dating, 3 f'ing years of hard lessons so I could get my shot at realizing my dream. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMPLAINING TO ME THAT THE PRICE YOU ARE HAVING TO PAY TO GET YOUR DREAM IS TO BIG.

In the end 2008 turned out to be an amazing year. I built 5 krewes (yes I'm spelling krewes that way for a reason) and got paid to do what I love! At the end of the year I attended the Wealth Dynamics Seminar. During the seminar I realized that I had to do something differently with my entrepreneurial nation. I was struggling to build it fast enough because I couldn't find leads that I could afford. So I decided to open up a company that builds teams for the general public. From those teams I'll recruit members for the Privateer Nation. I'm so excited about this because it makes the Privateer Nation by invitation only. And it means I don't have to build it for the money anymore as my profits will becoming from another company. I also picked up a business partner for the new company. I know that 2009 is going to be the year that everything changes. Why? I'm ready. It's going to be super fun updating this in late 2009 or early 2010. It's going to feel so good to report I'm off the couch and living my dreams of getting rich, traveling the planet and changing the world.

Lastly, my attitude has changed about the whole couch situation. I use to be so bitter about the price I was paying. Now I'm grateful. What happened? I read the e-mail that was sent to John Wood (founder of Room To Read & the author of the book LEAVING MICROSOFT TO CHANGE THE WORLD) by his friend Laura. He was complaining to her that his dream of changing the world with with Room To Read was costing him all the toys etc. Laura wrote, "Fancy real estate is NOT what matters. You have something that few other people have---the certainty that comes with knowing you are doing, every day, exactly what you should be doing." After reading that I realized she's right. I get to wake up every day knowing there is nothing else in the world I&#3

Who I'd like to meet:

In 2008 I wrote a list of 18 qualities I wanted in a significant other. After months and months of waiting I found her at a Landmark Education party in Las Vegas. Her name is Regina, and she is beautiful, ambitious, COURAGEOUS, entrepreneurial, extroverted, studious, healthy, thoughtful, spiritual, loving, giving, fun, a world traveler and so much more. I'm a lucky guy....

People who want to make serious progress on their dreams in 2009. Why? Cause that the only kind of people I hang with.

Hi Namaste!

How are you? Hope you are having a Fantastic Friday!

Keep shining!

David :-)

P.S. Sweet words are easy to say, Sweet things are easy 2 buy, But sweet people are difficult to find Life ends when U stop dreaming, Hope ends when U stop believing, Love ends when U stop caring, Friendship ends when U stop sharing. So share this with whom ever U consider a friend. To love without condition, To talk without intention, To give without reason,And to care without expectation is the heart of a true friend...Forward this to all the people whom U consider as your true friend. Don't forget to send it back to ME ..... If U Care........ Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you smile. Send toall the people you love or don't want to lose in 2009, even me.... If you get 3 back, you are a great friend !

I started thinking about you're theory and I think you may be on the right track. I see similarites with people I know and movies or TV shows they like! I never thought of it that way but makes so much sense to me now!!

You are never given a wish without also
being given the power to make it come true!

Thanks for adding me as a friend. Embrace the beauty that is you.

The earth turns on its orbit for you.

The oceans ebb and flow for you.

The birds sing for you. The sun rises and it sets for you.

The stars come out for you.

Every beautiful thing you see,
every wondrous thing you experience,
is all there for you.

Take a look around. None of it can exist, without you.

No matter who you thought you were,
now you know the Truth of Who You Really Are.

You are the master of the Universe.

You are the heir to the kingdom.

You are the perfection of Life.

May the joy be with you.

Ok! Hard to pick only 3 favorite movies, but my favorite type of movies are horror & suspense films (I don't consider gorriness to fall into this category though). I like the suspense I feel not knowing what will come next, and then the surprise! I also like movies that I can relate to or that seem realistic & carry a good message. Top 3 would have to be: Signs, The pursuit of Happiness & American History X (The Secret was great too though :D). Signs was suspensful & keeps you wondering by only showing you a glimpse. The other 2 I thought had a positive lesson or message. I'm not sure about modeling my life after the characters but I definitely keep in mind what they could have done differently & apply it to my life. Hope this helps & Thanks for sparking my thoughts on that!!

Okay Mr. President?  I look forward to meeting you.

They knew he was coming and they couldn't even give him a peaceful welcome? Where's the change he was talking about?! This is a young man who decided to be the change, should have been welcomed by the butler atleast. Mrs. Obama should have had the girls out front, to see the change thier father has been talking about. Not to mention he has his own book. "The only One that can stop Me is Me." Oh and his numerous speaking engagements he has under his belt. This American Soldier should have been Welcomed alot better than he was!!!! Change? Will See!! Here's the # to the White House(202)456-1111. Call them ask them Where's the Change? And send it to all your friends and family. Check out Jovans' web page www.changeispossible.bravehost.com

Did Anyone Ever Tell You..™
Did anyone ever tell you..
Something kind about you
Such as how you appear to them
Or a talent you have?
Did Anyone Ever Say Something Nice to You?
Did you ever think their compliment was a lie?
So if I tell you something wonderful
That I observe about you,
Do you think I would lie?
If you have ever received a compliment,
Or if you ever do,
The greatest thing to say is..
"Thank You."
Then, set out to discover the good,
The genuine precious qualities you actually have.
They are there.
Did anyone ever tell you where to look for them?
In your heart. That's where all of your worth And goodness exists -
And no one can ever take that away from you.
They don't sell self esteem in Bloomingdale's or Harrods'
Target and Wal-Mart don't carry it either.
Did anyone ever tell you..
You can buy self esteem in the beauty salon?
They lied.
It's all inside - no matter how nice the outside appears,
All of your worth will eternally exist in your heart.
