  • Bio

Born in Canada and raised partially in Europe, Nameless Kx has most recently jumped on the musical stage with only a few years of experience to his name. A native of Kitchener /Waterloo Ontario, he has been cultivating his talent quietly and under the radar since 2008. His first single "Girl Don't Give Up" featuring Atlanta RnB singer Aktual and legendary 2Pac protégé "Young Noble" is the first release of his upcoming album "Nameless Begins/Ends" He has released 2 mixtapes in the past 2 years that he himself calls "experiments" simply because he was still developing his craft and unique sound. His upcoming album "Nameless Begins/Ends" is a 13 cut project and features production from a variety of US producers and guest features with both Canadian talent such as songstress Kim Davis and local Hip Hop veteran JD Era as well as some notable collaborations with international artists such as Young Buck and The Outlawz, to mention a few. His flow is ever changing and even the style of tracks varies. Nameless credits this to his changing moods. "Some days I want to express an idea or experience and other days I wanna go off on the beat without purpose, it just depends, but there's always a point, a message or moral" He has yet to reveal himself publicly simply because he holds a distain of fame and its trappings and feels that it takes away from the culture of music. "There's a regular guy behind Kx that does regular things and has a regular life and he doesn't want too much attention at this point. To me, music a release and I'm not trapped by it. That doesn't mean I wont show you who I am or what I'm made of." Raised on the 90's Era of hip hop, his musical influences include: Bootcamp Click, 2Pac, The Outlawz, Dead Prez, Scarface, & the Wu Tang. "I grew up listening to those guys n saw the way they could speak to people from so far away and make an impact on peoples perceptions n lives n I felt like I wanted to do that and make that impact." The Debut Album "Nameless Begins/Ends" will be released on July 11th via itunes and in stores through Independent label Eastblock Recordz and 40Lawz Publishing Group. Album will drop in spring
