| About Namur Producciones |
|
The name "Namur" comes from the beautiful belgian city located in the south of Brussels. The events agency "Namur Producciones" was founded in the begining of 2003, with the aim to bring into Perú independents bands recognized worlwide, specially synthpop, electropop and dark/wave bands. We were the ones who bring the legendary dutch dark band Clan of Xymox in 2003, whose concert was described for the press and fans as the best gig ever organized in it's genre here. Just few months later we bring for the first time the great german electropop band Melotron. This way, in just six months Perú saw great independent bands coming, something very unusual until that time.
