It's safe to assume we are all formiliar with the Thanksgiving story. An few Pilgrims came from Europe looking for religious freedom in the "New World", better known as America. What's sadly apparent is we don't know what Thanksgiving truly means, or what it even means to be thankful.
Like you, and I, they went through very tuff times. There weren't government baailouts to save them from depression. Or slogans of "hope, and change" to carry the masses. Sadly, may of the pilgirms had died. But, unlike the majority of society, they were very thankful for what the LORD had done for them.
Now, you may be asking your self why should you be thankful, who to be thankful to, and etc. Well, here are some prime reasons, and explinations:
