I perform solo, and as a duo. When a duo, I play with Rick Holland, ace guitarist. Sometimes Jim Beatson joins us with his great harmonica playing.

I am a 53-year-old singer-songwriter veteran of the coffeehouse scene. I perform my own songs and an eclectic variety of covers including traditional music and popular songs. I accompany myself on the guitar, mountain dulcimer, autoharp, banjo, and mandolin. The kids have left home and I am putting more energy into my music again. Since Summer of 2008 I have been playing with Rick Holland, ace guitarist. Rick has played lead guitar in many successful rock and cover bands in the Twin Cities area since his teenage years. We play an eclectic mix of standards, classic pop from the 50s and 60s, singer songwriter folky stuff, and my originals. I am working at tossing aside my dour folky and learning to have a bit more of a party atmosphere when I perform. A new development in the musical journey. I/we play various coffeehouses and bars and hope to do more performing in the future.
