About me: Here I am! I've made the jump to MySpace where a lot of my friends hang out, apparently.
For most of my adult life, I've been raising four kids, or they've been raising me. They've taught me a few things along the way, and my life is richer because of hundreds of soccer games in the rain, homemade skateboard ramps in the driveway, four-day dance recitals, snowboard and surf trips, science experiments in the basement, and cherished pet bugs.
I spend my days writing, and I love to create fun stories for kids. You can find my published work in lots of places. Take a spin around my Web site for more info, and view the Presentations page if you're interested in having me come to your school or library. And be sure to check out my blog (Nancy's News), too.
Oh, I almost forgot...my middle-grade novel is ON SALE NOW!

“Sam shares many qualities with Junie B.—the obligatory spunk, a chattily ingenuous voice—but her passion for science distinguishes her from other franchise heroines.”

To all Mothers of the World !
A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.
Thank you for the friendship. As you can see, I am a writer promoting my work on myspace. I have a fiction blog where I post short stories as a way of staying in touch with fans and to give potential new readers a chance to gauge my work. It would be very cool if you'd check it out.
hehe, I know. I almost made the mistake of thinking about the book while I was trying to sleep, but luckily I stopped myself, lol. It is pretty creepy so far, but I know more creepiness is to come! I have about 200 pages left.
Brilliant! I loved your book, Nancy! Cried toward the end, loved the writing style and Samantha's character. Looking forward to reading more of Sam! XO debbie :) www. debbiereedfischer. com
