Naomi's Biography
Naomi’s first enthusiasm came aged five when she began learning the piano, and then the violin, aged seven. She later went on to achieve her grade six piano and placed herself in the string orchestra as well as first violinist in the main orchestra at the Weald of Kent Grammar School for Girls.
At the age of twelve Naomi began classical voice training with the Kent Music School where she gained experience singing opera, classical arias, jazz, folk and popular songs as well as show tunes. Naomi has achieved her grade eight singing (merit), sung soprano in the chamber choir and embarked on a five day tour of Germany with the main school choir.
Since graduating from the Academy of Contemporary Music with a 2.1 BA Hons Degree, Naomi has been lucky enough to gain experience backing singing for former pop idol contestant Glen Harvey’s function band ‘Beneath the Covers’, covers band ‘The Funk Federation’ with whom she toured the country with as a backing vocalist, as well as originals band ‘Foruria’.
Her theatre credits include appearing in the first production of the musical ‘Sex, drugs, Rick ‘n’ Noel’, and currently she performs backing vocals in venues in and around London with originals band ‘The Mores and the Three Graces’ (www.myspace.com/the_mores) who have just finished recording their debut album. She also collaborates with guitarist Charles Morland playing in local bars and restaurants.

Moved over to Philly (for Barry;s work) and I had trouble with my paperwork, so we got married! Still feels really wierd!
