Growing up in a musical family, this talented girl learned how to entertain people at a young age. She soon taught herself how to play both piano and sing, so she could write her own songs. Always writing very close to her personal life, Naomi's songs will definitely leave an impression that lasts.
Today, Naomi (21) studies Cultural Studies at the VU in Amsterdam while working on her first solo album. After meeting Jonas Filtenborg at a Jamsession in Ede, she soon teamed up with him and his musical partner Huub Reijnders to start writing and recording for her solo album, for which currently 3 tracks are finished. New tracks are in the making, so be sure to watch out for more soon!!

I havent been able to make it over to the hotel to stop in for a minute... clints been working in town again so im back on dinner duty. lol we are trying to get a mailing list made for my mom to send the invitations out so that's yay. its going to be june 6th at 11a we're going to have some food a bit before. kind of a celebration thang, ya know? quitting mah job with that lameass of a boss jaime. gah, i aint gonna miss her at all! i still cant believe that that survey thing that britt showed me is actually working - n dat we're gettin paid; im so luvin it too. givin mah opinion on stuff i do - pshhh ... so easy. i wonder if we'll ever hit da cash that that website said we would. i dunno, but with my last check being $126, i dont even care. i only pulled in like 200 a week and my crapass job anyway, so this is perfect. you should do it, i'm tellin yah. i guess you'll have to type the link into internet explorer or whatever, but here it is:

Ik speel niet heel veel op het moment! We zijn bezig aan een EP/album/single, dus wanneer die uitkomen zullen er hopelijk meer optredens komen! Nu gewoon zo af en toe wanneer er iets komt aanwaaien;)
Graag attendeer ik JOU als Amsterdammer, muzikant , muziekliefhebber van (misschien wel Calexico?) Roots, Americana, folk en Singersongwriters op het volgende Event op vrijdag 1 mei, een ingelast intiem optreden van: the Epstein (UK), een 5 koppige band uit Oxford die al tot 2 x toe op het Glastonbury Festival stond als ' Best Emerging band', verzorgt een speciaal, intiem en semi-akoestisch optreden in Amsterdam en dit optreden is helemaal gratis te bezoeken!
De band wil namelijk zeer graag hun optreden van de volgende dag op het Rhythm&Bluesfestival in de Oosterpoort te Groningen promoten maar nog belangrijk; ook heel even onze hoofdstad bezoeken. Het zal krap worden op het podium en hopelijk ook in de zaal dus: kom dus allemaal vrijdagavond 1 mei naar Cafe Bax, Tenkatestraat, Amsterdam.
