The debut of my 3 short films is coming in April! Drama, action, martial arts, and Chinese themed comedy will all grace the screen wiith debut starring roles of Brandon Luis Aponte and David Lavallee Jr., some of the best upcoming talent in Rhode Island.
Sons of Lemuria is a short drama action (~19 minutes) following Zarrius as he attempts to stop his brother's tyranny from swallowing Lemuria into darkness, as their father had almost done before them. He will leave everything behind to fight on behalf of the entire land.
Five Minutes Flat is a Martial Arts Action Short following the main character as he tries to free himself from a training camp. They are trained mercilessly always under time limits, fail and they die. The only way out is to use all he has learned to fight for his freedom.
American Chop Suey tells the story of David, a man who loves Hong Kong Action films more than anyone ever should. He lives his life according to what he thinks he learns from the films. When his "master" (DVD subscription) is "slain" he sets out on a good old fashioned Hong Kong style revenge mission. Will the teachings of his master pay off? Or will David just end up making an ass of himself?
Here is a Promo video for the Premiere Event taking place April 23rd.

Yeah I saw a promor trailer for it awhile back. It looks amazing. What really excites me most is the fact that he is attemting to branch out and do different things- looks like alot of Chinese wushu based weapons and hand to hand moves- in addition to the muay thai fighting he is already known for. Not expecting much at all in terms of story, but I'm still looking forward to it.
