A banda Narciso Nada surgiu em meados de 2005, com a proposta de um som próprio, catártico, de dentro para fora. O projeto nasceu nos corredores do curso de psicologia da federal do Paraná, a idéia logo foi tomando cor, algumas tardes depois, em meio a violões e conversa fiada.
Cada integrante veio de um canto diferente, outros estados, interior, com a sua própria bagagem musical. As influências são variadas, caminham do samba dos anos 30, passando pela bossa nova, mpb até o rock alternativo atual. A divergência de gostos musicais nesse caso não foi um obstáculo, mas algo que se somou à amizade, ao amor pela música, à vontade de ousar, mesclar estilos e fazer um som que expressasse principalmente o que sentimos. “Não queremos psicologizar a vida nas canções, talvez trazer à tona pequenos detalhes dela que a tornam boa ou ruim. É difícil definir o que somos, mas trata-se de um gole de alguma bebida forte, de poesia rasgante, de guitarras barulhentas, de algo estranho que está em processo.”
Esses cinco universitários arranjam tempo em suas agendas apertadas por amor à música, à arte e à criação.

The band Narciso Nada appeared in 2005 middle, with the proposal of a proper sound, cathartics, from inside to outside. The project was born in the corridors of the course of psychology of the federal university from Paraná, the idea soon was taking color, some afternoons later, in way of guitar and chats. Each integrant came from different places, other states, with their proper musical luggage. The influences are varied, walk of the samba of years 30, passing for bossa nova, mpb, until the current alternative rock. The divergence of musical tastes in this case were not an obstacle, but something that was added to the friendship, to the love for music, to the desire to dare and mix styles, and mainly to make a sound that express what we feel. “We do not want to psychology the life in the songs, perhaps to bring to the surface small details that makes it become good or bad. It is difficult to define what we are, but is about a sip of some strong drink, tearly poetry, noisy guitars, something strange that is in process.” These five college students arrange time in their busy life for love to the music, the art and the creation.
