The band originated from Corey Parks and Ray Caryle meeting up in high school in 2003. Having a love for the same style of music, the two got together on many occasions to jam out thier favorite old school thrash metal songs. After about a year and a half of jamming, the two started to write original material. This time they also started to form a full band. After going through a few choices, Austin Smith and Kyle Cripe completed the lineup, creating the still standing foundation of Narrow House.
In August of 2007, the band recorded thier first release, "The Sounds Of Solitude", which contains all original material from the band. The album was recently released and can be found at Vons, JL Records, and all Narrow House shows.
The band has gone as all original members thus far, and have been featured in events such as the Washington D.C. Bodog Battle of the Bands, and the WBAA Radio show, where the band was featured for an entire hour.
The band still continues with the same strive and dedication as they did when they started, and there is no stopping point in sight.
