We are now into July and finished our 1st year of taping, we shot 54 shows and aired 47 of the. We had our First Annual Showcase which just happened to be the largest event at the CMA Music Fest this year. Yes, we actually had the longest continuous event at the CMA Music Festival this year. I have started calling it the "CMA Music Festival's Longest Continuous Showcase" We had 57 singers and over 225 songs and ran for 14 1/2 hours non stop and when I say non stop I mean non stop. But stick around the fun has just began. This Showcase was our First and was to celebrate our birthday as we had it on June 10th and we started taping our show on June 8th 2008. Our next Showcase will be just as big and just as great. You will be part of it I hope!

Nashville Spotlight is a TV Show in Nashville Tennessee. It will, as the name implies, spotlight singers, songwriters, musicians. Nashville Spotlight will include those who arrange the words, create the music, combine the two into a workable project and then take it to the public via the airways. Nashville Spotlight is a non-profit venture that promotes you the artist working at your craft. Our goal, simple, create a venue which will allow you a means to share your talent within the musical community. Stay tuned and with your help, this could be fun for all of us.
