Nasti Moto - '‘I have always been a music addict, ever since I discovered Trance at the age of 11, I just couldn’t look back.’
Nasti Moto is Nastia Motovilova. Born in Moscow, she grew up in Cyprus — where she first fell in love with psy trance — then moved to London, which provided the platform for her first DJ and production experiences. Now settled in Ibiza, Nastia likes to describe herself as multinational and is eager to learn more languages on top of the three she already knows fluently. But for now she’s obsessed with the most international language of them all — music. Crucial to Nastia’s unique sound is her live set up, which combines the power of Ableton — as promoted by legends like Sasha — with her own musical prowess, mixing up keyboards and effects for maximum impact. Combine this with her full-on stage presence which even the quietest audience just can’t ignore and you’ve got one hell of a show on your hands!
At just 22 years old Nastia is fast becoming recognised for her eclectic psychedelic sounds dispersed with heavy basslines and metal guitar riffs. ‘I love fiddling with Ableton live in my sets’, she says. ‘I find it challenging and I like my sound to be different.’ So just what is this eclectic sound Nastia makes? She describes it as a ‘combination of full-on psy trance a hint of drum & bass, hard trance, breakbeat and dirty analogue sounds’.
In the last year Nastia has been weaving her Ableton magic at some of the biggest psychedelic events in the UK, Ibiza, Germany and Cyprus, sharing the stage with such psy greats as Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Talamasca, Psycraft, Delirious, GMS, Chakra, Fatali and Shanti. Highlights include playing alongside Infected at the Eden Club (Ibiza), the ‘Infecting the UK Tour’ of Birmingham and London — where she played at the Q Club and London’s infamous o2 arena — she’s been back at the o2 for Astrix & Friends, and shortly after was seen spinning at the side of Eat Static at the Grand Concorde 2 in Brighton - and most recent performing at the massive Spiritual Healing Open Air Festival 2009 in Germany.
In October 2008 Nastia officially celebrated her residency with Antiworld and after conquering crowds at Psychedelic Academy 006, achieved a residency in Ibiza over the full summer. There’s also plans afoot for gigs in Moscow and Mexico, plus moving to Ibiza has given her the physical and mental space to get really stuck into her passion for production. ‘I’ve been working on my own productions for some time now, but I’m not ready to release them to the world yet,’ she says. ‘I’m not a perfectionist, but when I decide to share something with the ears of people it had better be good! I always do live remixes and rearrangements of tracks I play into my DJ sets and if anything doesn’t sound good to me, I simply remove it from the track.’

Release Notes:
Caffix Records from Mexico brings to us their 4th release and 3rd compilation entitled "Inner Belial".
In early Christian writings, Belial was identified first with an angel of confusion and lust, created after Lucifer. Paradoxically, some apocrypha credit Belial as being the father of Lucifer and the angel that convinced him to wage a rebellion in Heaven against “God”.
Taken from the darkest chapters of human psyche; Báalam, Caffix Records manager/owner; brings together this album with some of the twistiest melodies out there.
Spiced up with powerful guitar riffs, fat bass lines and macabre atmospheric sounds; “Inner Belial” promises to take you on a trip to the underworld by the hand of some of the newest and most acclaim dark shamans in the psy scene.
