The velodrome was paid for by private donations, built by volunteers, given to the City of Rochester Hills, and continues to be maintained by the non0profit Mike Walden Velodrome Fund, which is adninistered by the Community Foundation of Great er Rochester. No tax dollars have been spent on the IVBP.
