-----------------------------------
Philosophy:
Natasha's philosophy for good physical and mental health is finding one's unique individual balance. One program does not fit everyone; she understands and respects the diversity that exists in all.
-----------------------------------
Approach:
Her approach to fitness is three pronged. First, one must pause; this means to literally stop for a second and think why it is important to get in shape. Next is planning; right away take out a calendar or a notebook and begin to fit exercise times in your daily schedule. And, lastly, execute! Get started, start small, walk as much as possible, and take the stairs. It is important to keep the momentum going. The sooner you start, the better your chances for success.

Maurice is on here, Daunte, Clarence, Amanda Rowsey (she's married but I don't know her new name), Manina Brunty... look through my friend list and there all there. I hope you can make it in July/August.. it should be great fun. Did you hear what happened to PO1 Wharton? Col. Nardo is still there, can you believe it?
That's hilarious... I just read your blog and I must say that i am impressed Natushi! I mean you're all grown up and a professional! Congratulations!!! I'm trying to do the healthy thing.. My husband and I are training for a race here in Virginia Beach in March, The Shamrock marathon/half-marathon. I'm shooting for the latter! Did you hear about the reunion in July? Do you think you'd be able to make it? I'm going... my husband my be deployed but I already told him that I'm definitely going! Have you talked to Daunte at all? He's on here. I invited him to my wedding but he wasn't able to make it... actually, besides Gilma... the last people I've seen from the old ROTC crowd were at my sister's funeral. Well.... I wish nothing but the best for you and yours (did I see you're engaged?!?!? CONGRATS!!) for 2009!
LOL You are too funny! It was great seeing you as well! We had a great time hanging out! We plan on going back soon....as long as the flights are as cheap as they were this time! Hope all is well!
Hey you! I can't believe you're a big bad trainer now with your own biz! I don't know when I'm coming back up there, I would really like to see NY in December, but have to convince the Hubby :oP I'll work on it though. Congrats on all the accomplishments, featured in magazines and everything! I'm so proud of you!
