It all began 22 years ago, when Natasha had her first glimpse into the world of music. Natasha grew-up in a musical family, her mother Suzanne Pasternak has had a outstanding career in music, stretching over 27 years. At the age of 5, she was allowed to travel with her mother and sit backstage to watch the going ons in a live show. It was a world she soon fell in love with, not a surprise to anyone...it was in her blood. It took 15 years to fulfill her desire to perform in a professional setting. Always a fan of the stage, Natasha found her true calling with a guitar, a mic and a tune she wrote. After paying her dues playing bars and completing her intensive 3 year degree for performing arts at the private college, Randolph Academy for the Performing Arts. She decided to take on the challenge in starting a career in the music business in Toronto. After only a year and a half, Natasha has performed on some of the best stages in Ontario including; The Horseshoe Tavern, The Mod Club, Tattoo Rock Palour, The Rivoli, The Reverb, The Cameron House, The Rainbow Room ( Ottawa ) and The Merchant ( Kingston ). Most recently she has shared those stages with Crush Luther, Magneta Lane, Low Level Flight, Amanda Rheaume, Chris Koster and the Lonely, The Emily Fennell Band, Allie Hughes and Lynzie Kent. Fresh off her first tour, "Three Chicks on Tour", Natasha and her band will be heading into The Tragically Hip's recording studio ( The Bathouse ) to record her first complete EP. She will combining forces with the greatly gifted performer/songwriter/producer, Chris Koster. Natasha is looking forward to releasing her EP in the spring and doing a small tour in Ontario to support the release.

IndieCan Radio, the best music you've never heard, airs on XM Satellite Radio The Verge (Channel 87) twice a week plus ten FM and internet radio stations across North America. Downloaded and streamed by over 120 countries.
What L.V. said - lol. He's the best isn't he? The Natasha Pasternak band has the IndieCan Radio seal of approval. This is high-quality rock 'n' roll and everyone should take the chance to see this band perform.
That was a great set at The Reverb. Evoking that classic rock spirit and fronted by a femme fatale, this is a band that unleashes propulsive supercharged energy, bolstered by soul-stirring vocals, blazing guitar-riffs, and keyboards. If you're craving that heavy anthemic, melodic sound of the 70's, look no further than Natasha Pasternak. She and the band will show you the way.

I'm hitting the road in a couple of weeks to raise money for War Child, Coast-to-coast – 50 cities – ALL PROCEEDS TO WARCHILD. Why? 66% of all war victims are CHILDREN. Shocked like me? LOL this is crazy! And it only works if you have Internet Explorer (I think). You have to go to www . retwistic . com (no spaces) and then after it loads you need to hit the back button or else the funny video won't come up. If that doesn't work then hit the forward button instead.
Sounding great girl! Thank you for your friendship and I hope that you enjoy my music. I wish you the best of luck with your career too and look forward to hearing from you.
