About me:

I graduated with a BA in Design from Rhode Island College in 1998 and founded Blambot Comic Fonts & Lettering in 1999. Since then I've worked in the comics biz as a letterer for Marvel, DC, Oni Press and Dark Horse. I've been type-designer for the one and only, Mike "Madman" Allred, and my designs have been licensed by such companies as Microsoft, Six Flags Amusement Parks, New Yorker Magazine, The Gap, Dreamworks Animation, etc., for everything from food products to comics, magazines, television and movies.

I'm also the creator of the fantasy webcomic, ATLAND. Consistently updated each week for over three years.

I've been playing guitar (predominantly USA Fender Standard Stratocasters or '62 reissue Stratocasters, but also Gibson Les Pauls and SGs w/ Marshall & Fender amps) since 1993 and more recently, drums (Pearl w/ Zildjian & Paiste cymbals w/ Remo heads) and bass (Fender w/ Fender amps). I've completed another lifelong dream of putting together a mini recording studio.

Since 1999 I've lost 75 pounds of useless fat through completely changing my diet along with daily cardio and weights. For the first time in my life I have abs. Hooooray abs!
