I don't take many people seriously but I don't take people as sarcastic either. I can detect sarcasm very well so if I'm certain someone is being sarcastic I'll respond in kind.

I know what you meant. I have a twisted sense of humor, sometimes I like to respond to sarcasm with a serious answer and then watch the other perosn get defensive or confused. I'm very sarcastic so I detect it very easily. I haven't seen my relatives in Pennsylvania since 2000. I really hate my relatives here and so does my mom so we avoid them. In the off chance that my mom does see them I make plans so I'm not home at the time. Though it is funny to mess with them. I have long hair, were all black, a lot of leather and have a lot of satanic cds, jacket and vest iwth a goathead so it's pretty easy for me to make them uncomfortable.

Personally I hate fundamentalist christians but he was right. All of the traditions, a tree, decorations, gifts etc are derived frpm pagan traditions. After the christians failed to destroy the pagan traditions they adopted them and gradually altered the meaning. If Jesus was real, he wouldn't have been born in December, so even the date is taken from paganism.
I take it you like clothes? Money is good too. I know most the things I got, some cds, some patches, a knife. Doing anything fun for the holiday?
Technically most traditions of christmas were stolen from paganism, specifically the yule/solstice celebrations. Presents are good. Get anything good this year or don't you know yet?
Yeah all that sucks. That's why I only have a small number of close, true friends. But enough of this depressing discussion lets talk about something up beat.
